Being taken from Torq.)

Today, after months of looking in on Torq. Enterprises after Ex-employee's told Chellian officials about possible counterfeiting operations in the company, Chellian special operations units stormed the main HQ of Torq. Enterprises. A large manufacturing company in Chellis dealing with Computer manufacture, Torq. was also a Brand-name appliance in the computer world.

However, after months of carefully watching the company, it was proven that the company was counterfeiting Chellian Euro's. While we are not allowed to say what kind of evidence there is, as that will be saved for the Trials for various Torq. Employee's, Large numbers of the counterfeit money have been turned up, most of it from the HQ itself, where it was being stored for large buys by Torq. Enterprises.

Before this, Chellians had never experienced any real counterfeit money threats. However, the threat is now more serious than ever before. With this in mind, Chellis is beginning to recall all paper money, slowly, and replace it with Bills that have special barcodes. These will be run through cash registers, and the code will be uploaded to a national database. When that dollar is taken out, it will be taken out of the database as well. Every bill will have a unique code, and while this is not a full-proof way of stopping counterfeit money circulating, it defidentally helps, as if two of the same bill code go into the database, the second one put in will be rejected, and the person who put it in will be investigated. The code will be understandable to the normal person as well, so if two of the bills have the same code, the person can know they are recieving counterfeit money.

More on the story, and the trial, later tonight.
