This morning at 8AM, Empress Jessica gave birth to a second child: a daughter called Leyla.
The Emperor Jens and 16-year old son Illias were at the private-clinic in the Imperial Palace, and Prime Minister will be visiting the mother and daughter this afternoon.

In other news, the rarely seen Turtle-Dog attacked a farmer yesterday, the animal will be......
