Today, Vestern States Militare Science Division revaled theur latest project.
The High Presicion ANGEL round
"This is a revolution i artillery ammunition. For the first time, artillery can fire, and hit, without forward observers" The scientist said
"But how`s that possible?" a reporter asked
"Well, it`s like this. When fired, the projectile starts boosters witch propell it very high up. From maximum altitde, it recives intel via SATINT about enemy locations in the area of operations. Then the projektile chooses one of these and strikes it with pin-point pecision"

We will now start at testperiond for any nation who wants these fine new weapons

OOC: It's possible. Satellite guided, rocket-assisted artillery is a reality, and I use it all the time. It's actually nothing new.
