I am looking for a nation to use the whole FRSS as an army.

Any nation at least over March 2004 and you have to have a goverment around nationlism or fascism.

No cost or anything just whoever seems the most appeling to have the WHOLE FRSS as an army.

ooc: I'd use you except for your very German connotation. My nation is more modeled after Rome. Now if you were Fourth Imperial Legion....

And the FRSS will not attempt to screw you over and we do not kill people unless told to by you're permission.

Well incase of a war...by the size of your nation...you would crush the enemy before my guys ever got to fight.

Just out of curiosity, how would it be handled? Would the FRSS be an organisation within the country who is successful, or what?

Nah, when small nations are about to get crushed, they numberwank and over-power their weapons. So it takes a while to crush them.

I would also like to join a modern day nation. Maybe, a future nation but not with lasers or space battleships or any of that crap.

Well, Marimaia is modern/future tech (without lasers or spaceships; it's basically modern-tech with a few high-tech aspects). If we're not what you're looking for, I hope you find someone worthwhile.

The nation of Fallschrimmjager,
Founded by a group of WWII Fallscirmjager, who originally started a s a business to supply nations with logistic support of all types(they realized the importance of this when Germany was defeated, not by superior tactics but by Superior logistics).
SO FallschrimmJager was founded, the Business went well.
Dedicated to non-involvement in geo-political matters the FallCorp grew to a Nation of industries german people, opening its borders to the rabble of society it converted them into hard working industrius citizens.
FallschrimmJager now exists as a nation without a military.
Every resource has been dedicated to the supply of Logistic support, from infrastructure construction to troop transport.
Currently the FallscrimmJager operate under the protection of the Region/Alliance of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
A joining of Germanic peoples appeals to the FallCorp.
As does the ability to have a military without actual having a military.
We would be most interested in a contractual agreement a treatise of sorts between our two respective speacilized nations.

Equipment is mostly Chinese/Russian, with a few Marimaian-exclusive designs (more info on them can be found in the factbook, which is set as my homepage on my profile);

Logistics: We always ensure to have sufficient supplies and non-combat units in place before deployments; we can provide rations, training in Marimaian supply protocols, etc.

Government: Best analogy would be a mix between Imperial Japan and Fascist Italy. Premier Suun is seen as an exceptional example of Marimaianess, and the government uses all means at its disposal to maintain this view. Propaganda and mass rallies are used to indoctrinate the people into believing that they are superior to virtually all others.
