"General Secretary of the Rubberduckistani Martial Arts Federation, Josif Barka, has announced the USSR´s intention to host first official NS Martial Arts World Championships. They are scheduled to be held in 22.8. in Gaddafy Duck Stadium, located in our glorious capital, the Citadel. General Secretary Barka also announced that winner of this contest will receive 700 million quacks monetary award. (1,2Q=1$) Applications for the championships will be taken to 21.8. Thank you, and good night."


(ooc: Rules. Make three competitors for starters. Stats are as follows.
50 points to be distributed between stats.
Strength: min 1-max 10. Affects your hit points, damage, grappling, stamina.
Endurance:min 1-max 10. Affects your hit points, grappling, stamina.
Will: min 1-max 10. Affects your hit points, stamina, defense in grappling.
Agility:min 1-10 max. Affects your chance of hitting, grappling, defense (standup
and ground), stamina, damage.
Kicking:0-10. Affects your preferred distance in fight, damage, chance of
hitting.
Punching: 0-10. As per kicking.
Grappling: 0-10. As per kicking. Also your defense in groundfighting.
Defense: 0-10. Your standup defense, resisting kicking,punching, takedown
attempts. Your groundfighting defense is calculated from Grappling-skill.
Agression: 1-10. Your generic level of initiative during the fight. 1=passive,
10=raging bull.
Mass=1-10. Affects your hit points, stamina, chance of hitting, damage,
grappling. 1=Flyweight, 10=Sumo wrestler.


All the fights will be conducted by yours truly. I will not participate to keep game fair. Post your competitors, or telegram them to Rubberduckistan.

Pwnica: Kicking, punching, and grappling are considered "skills" and can be 0.
Having 0-skill does not mean you can´t do the moves, just that you don´t have any training in them. Having 0 in attributes would mean that you are either vegetable, coughing beanpole with no muscles etc. ;)

Communique to Rubberduckistan:
Thank you. We wish to bring along 3 security officers, each armed with a small knife, a 9mm pistol, and an MP5 rifle. They will stay at all times with the team.

The entire company will arrive in 2 helicopter transports, which have no weapons. One helicopter will contain the three competitors and myself, and the other will contain the security men and the team's supplies, which your security can inspect if needed. If for any reason there is any problem with our security force, they will travel back to Pwnica onboard one of the transports when they depart.
