The Imperial Air Force and Imperial Navy have announced the deployment of a new family of strategic missiles. The current family of missiles, the NSM-1 series, features 16 MIRVs rated at 675 kilotons each. The NSM-2 series of missiles will feature the same number of warheads, but with improvements in accuracy through advancements in guidance. However, what sets these missiles apart from their predecessors is that the warheads are manueverable, which means they can easily defeat simple ballistic missiles defenses.

I'd like to point out here (for propaganda reasons) that we had MaRVs first (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=339421).

Interesting, perhaps SS would be interested in trading a couple of these new types of missiles with Credonia's new type of missile, which is still slighly suprior to your Strategic missle. The LGM-56B Demonic Fury ICBM is, while a bit on the post-modern tech side, vastly superior and can beat most if not all modern anti-ballistic and strategic defense initiative systems deployed around the world. It has the same counterdefenses as its theatre predecessor the LGM-56A Apocalyptic Fury Theatre Ballistic Missile (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3325946). The ICBM version of the missile series is only possessed by Credonia due to its obvious level of near-invincibility, which could only spell disaster if put into the hands of a mad man. Since your an ally, we can trust you with such high-level and very dangerous techonlogy and weaponry. Interested?

The Imperium is not in the habit of putting components of its strategic arsenal on the open market, we are not about to start now. Furthermore, after reviewing the LGM-56A's capabilities, we find the counter-measures the equal of some of our larger cruise missiles and perhaps the NSM-1 series, but most certainly not the equal of the NSM-2 series.
