CM is proposing to expand the size of Mississippian Egypt by purchasing the land we desire from the owners of the lands in question (Parthia, and possibly a few others, we are currently investigating who owns all the land in question)


Our plan will allow the natives to keep the new cities that will be falling under our control, but we will build our own new cities along the Nile and several throughout the interior. We will also be building canals, lakes, etc, the usual irrigation plans to turn the vast deserts into lush paradises such as current Mississippian Egypt and Mississippian Libya.

Ooc- We will be needing more land in Egypt due to our secret plans to remove over 50 million "fit" white women from Hatarian Mammalia and transport them to the CM commonwealth to keep as breeding stock in our Eugenics program. Also we've noticed that the arabs in ME are overcrowded in their own cities and we'd like to allow them to expand out into the vast desert frontier once we turn it into a paradise as we have with the part of Egypt we already own.

Note in the proposed Mississippian Egypt, it may be hard to tell, but Cairo is not included, it would remain in Parthian hands.

Remember we did lose millions of citizens when Angola fell. We also lost the land! Over 16 million whites escaped Angola, and we need to settle them somewhere. Also the arabs are overcrowded, and we feel they deserve better, the desert is just sitting there. There are fewer than 500,000 people that will be affected by my taking control of the land in question. All that will change is we take control of the land, they stay there and nothing much changes.

Now that you put it that way, it sounds good. Just don't do anything stupid.

Since we will share borders with the proposed ME, we would like the international community to note our deep concerns for these belligerent actions, even if they are done peacefully, and ask CM, for the billionth time, to leave Africa alone, else you get into trouble.. (OOC: Not with us, with the population and other nations.. maybe with us, who knows?)

Furthermore, we will accept any refugees attempting to flee from this menace called Communist Mississippi, and promise that, at some point in the future, they will return to their rightful land and their rightful homes.

On another note.. any action committed by CM forces (even rogue soldiers) that goes beyond you borders and into our territory will be conisdered an act of war and acted upon as such.

We are not taking any land. We are just proposing to Parthia that he transfer some barren desert into CM hands. Also I'd like to affirm a non-aggression pact with you Greenmanbry to show my goodwill and peaceful intentions.

We will pay the sum of 500 billion dollars and agree to sell oil to Parthia for 6 dollar per barrel up to 8 million barrels per day for a period of six months.

They can stay if they wish to.

We have enough oil but the money would be appreciated. Thank you.
