Operation: Guardian(Earth II)
The Republic Government has launched a rebuliding effort called Operation: Guardian. The operation is rebuliding of the country to modern standard. Ships carrying the aid and supplies to the nation have left from Willham. 5,000 peacekeeper will be part of Guardian. We would like other nation to supply money for the rebuliding of Sierra Leone.

We will send you 2 billion dollars to rebuild Sierra Leone, ONLY if we can be promised that it will be used for the actual modernization of the nation, instead of military needs. We would also like to send our own small group of peacekeepers to oversee this modernization, just to make sure that the government isn't hiding anything.
Sure, I promise to use it for the rebuliding only.
