The Holy Empire of the Water Cooler, in celebration of the Swedish Dominions goverments decision to create an elite security force has sent a box of jackboots, in the prefered colour of 'oppresion black.'

We hope that the SD goverment will enjoy and use the boots, and hopefully they may be sign that diplomatic intercourse between our two countries may be possible.

However we advise the SD goverment not to get them wet - they tend to shrink rapidly.
