The Confederacy of Communist New England is opening itself up to relations with other Nations. Here nations may apply to open an embassy in New England or for a sum of 2 million dollars, may open a terminal at our newly constructed International Airport. As of now, we have five terminals open. If the demand is large enough, more will be added as we see fit.
We will also consider trade. Nations who are accepted will recieve a Telegram.

The Constitutional Monarchy of Denbighshire would be pleased to both open an embassy in Communist New England's capital and open a terminal in their airport.

The Democratic Imperium would much like to enter into diplomatic relations with Communist New England. We are willing to fund the construction of an embassy in Praeton for your government, if you are willing to fund the constuction of one of ours in your capitol. You may deploy up to 50 soldiers to your embassy and we request that we be allowed to do the same. A terminal in your new airport would also be welcome, PAW (Praetonian AirWays) has expressed great interest insuch a terminal.

The SuperHappy Funtime Empire would be glad to construct an embassy, as well as an airport terminal.
While we are mostly a 'futuretech' nation, we maintain relations with modern nations, as well as a 'modern' branch of our army in case one of our less technologicaly advanced allies is in need.
As a gift, we would be happy to give you a number of near-future technologies which you may find benificial, as well as benificial trade agreements.

The Republic of Sharina is interested in opening up diplomatic relations with Communist New England.

We would be willing to grant you 10 million dollars. 2 million dollars for the embassy, and 8 million dollars as a gift.

The Empire of the Lightning Star, although staunchly anti-communist, sees the words New England in your name, so we are very willing to help you. We have already begun constructing an Embassy Complex for you. Itd total area is 125 acres, it has Apartment room for 50 employees, it also has a resturaunt, a swimming pool, a health clinic, a movie theater, a library, a video rental place, a softball field, a soccer field, a helipad, and a 3 story 27 room house for the ambassador. It is also situated around a heavily wooded hill with a nice little hiking trail and a nice little picnic area at the top. The Embassy building itself has room for 350 workers. There is also a house for around 15 of your soldiers who will be used to help defend the base. It will also be defended by the 76th Infantry Regiments B Company.

We are also sending 1 billion dollars in aid, as well as 20,000 AK-Z Machine guns(modified AK-Ms, which are Modified AK-47's).

OOC: That may seem liek alot of stuff in the embassy, but its baisically like the U.S. Embassy Complex in Pakistan, except for this has a little bit more stuff(i think, its been around 2 years since ive been there).

Also, just out of curiosity, is Boston your countries capital? Because you ARE New England, and Boston is by FAR the largest city in New England. And Im from Central Mass. :D

Oh we also forgot a few things.

The Embassy is surrounded by 15 foot high, 3 foot thick concrete walls that are topped off with spikes with barbed wire around them at the top. The gates to the entrance are 2 foot thick Titanium steel. There is one man entrance, and another entrance that goes to the Commissary, which is baisically a mini-mart, as well as a gas station. There is also an apartment complex for 120 local workers, like the chefs, gas station people, etc. There is also a Mosque, Cynagogue(Sp), Buddhist Temple, a Temple to Shiva, and a Church located inside the Embassy. The Embassy is located 15 miles away from the center of our capital, Norvington. It is surrounded by a heavily wooded area. It is the only buidling within a 3 mile radius. There are only 2 roads that lead to the embassy, and starting 3 miles from the Embassy on both roads, there are numerous speed bumbs, 5 check points, two road blocks(which can be passed, its just there to slow down people, or to stop people who are trying to drive a bomb truck into the embassy), and groups of 3 guards located every 400 yards. There is also a Helipad situated inside of the embassy.

For education there is the International School of Norvington, which is run on a U.S. Style Curiculum. It has 637 students, and 69 teachers. 34 of them have Masters degrees. It is 67% TLSian students, 14% Roach Busterian, and 19% other countries. It is situated 7 miles out of the center of town, and it has an average of a 30-40 minute bus trip.

There is also Berry Academy, which is a smaller school and it runs on the British/European System. It has 247 Students and 27 teachers. 17 of them Have masters degress. It is 87% TLSian, 4% Roach Busterian, and 9% other third party nations. Both schools are English speaking. ISN Has Spanish and French classes starting at grade three, and Latin from grade 9. BA has French and Spanish from Grade 1, and Arabic, Hindi, and/or Mandarian Chinese from Grade 6.

Yearly tuitions for ISN are: $4,000 for 1-5, $7,500 for 6-8, and $9,000 for 9-12.

Yearly Tuitions for BA are: $3,600 for 1-5, $6,800 for 6-8, and $10,000 for 9-12.

Of course, we assume that your government will be paying your employees bill :) (Thats what most modern-day governments do)

The stuff i added in this post(except for the Commissary, the walls, the workers apartments, and the gas station.) Are all my own inventions and arent from the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan :). That embassy was gates but they arent 3 foot thick Titanium.

As part of Jonothana's policy to ally with communist nations rather than oppose them, we have decided to exchange Emmbassies. Yours will be in The Communist Estate near our Foreign Ministry. We would also like to purchase three terminals, one for the eagerly awaited low cost, governement funded Jonoair, and two for other commercial airlines. For an extra Million we would like to request 4 runways. We will be sending over 3 SR - 71 Transport Aircraft to take our the ammbassador, his staff, government offcials for J - terminal 1 , and commercial airlines staff for J - T 2 and 3.

The People's Republic of East Soviet wishes that CNE would become great allies in the coming years. I have sent a diplomat to the capital of your nation to discuss trade deals and the construction of our embassy there. We are willing to supply you with arms and uranium (though that would come with a horribly high price for export), since that is our main source of our economy in East Soviet.

The Council of Arab Scholars would like to purchase 10 terminals At Logan Intl. Airport. 6 of them will go to GA (Gulug Air) and 4 to NPIA(New Pakistani International Airlines).

We would also like to buy 5 Terminals at Bangor Int'l Airport, 1 at Bradley Int'l Airport, and 3 at T.F. Green(Providence) Int'l Airport. GA will get all of the Terminals EXCEPT for 2 at Bangor Int'l Airport, which will go to NPIA.


We will be providing the security. The NPIA Terminals in TOTAL must be able to capacitate 60 Aircraft and the GA Terminals 100 Aircraft.

Keep in mind that these are only the commercial Jets. Both fleets have quite a few Cargo Planes and even a few Fighter Jets to defenc precious Cargos.

In each of Airports we will be building a Mosque and we will build many stores in out Terminals. We know that you Communists frown upon People actually OWNING things and religion, but since we rightfully have bought this land it is ours to do with what we choose. We will be re-fueling our planes using Gasoline from your nation, which we will be happy to pay the $50 a barrel for, but not if it goes above $110.

(did we forget to mention that we are paying $50,000,000,000 USD as well as sending you 500,000 Type 89 Assault Rifles?)
