Seeing as our valuable International Incidents forum is currently clogged with a significant amount of RL nation claim threads like this one (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=343041), this one (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=343421) and, of course, the brilliant original one (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=288779), I thought it would be a good idea to do it all in one thread.

The great thing about this thread: You can claim as many territories as you want, and others can do the same, because every single squarekilometer on earth can be claimed an infinite amount of times!

The advantage: YOU can claim the entire world several times over, thus proving your superior breeding capabilities. No more conflicting nationclaims, since there is an infinite supply of RL territories! No more need for bitching when someone claims your territory because the lazy fucker wasn't willing to search through a thousand pages with 26000 threads and 552000 posts! Shame on him, evil godmoder.

Of course, even here, we must add exceptions, for the sake of sanity.

Any and all region- based claims are IGNORED.

This means, any and all nations residing in regions like this (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=africa) one are not allowed to claim anything, for the sake of sanity. I'm sure you agree with me that one cannot properly RP 19th century imperialism with regions around which could stomp us imperialists with ease.

The RL territories you want to claim may or may not have an actual population

This means, you may have empty wastelands in China, with which you may do whatever you wish, you may have a completely populated China, and you can add over one billion people to your nation's population!

And of course, they're all fiercely loyal to you, willing to sacrifice everything in order to support your nation!

I claim the contient of North America, whereas I claim the nations of Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and basically all the islands in the Caribbean. I would also like to claim the Hawaiian chain of islands.

This is for my nation to grow and expand into over the course of its primitive history to its current modern time history. Plenty of land, ample opporunities for naval warfare, and would be enough space for billions of people in the future.

I would like to keep the option open for additional North American contients in additional Earth's. I am thinking of bringing a Sliders TV show type of spin in the future, focused on visiting various Earths, and all the different posiibilities for altered history, different nations, different people, etc.

Actually, it'd be the perfect RP tool.


For RP's / RP'ers who prefer / are strict with established RL landmasses, I shall use my land claims above.

For RP's / RP'ers who wouldn't mind custom landmasses, I won't be using these claims in RP's with them. I have plans on designing my own landmass for these "custom landmass allowed" RP's.

I'd love to see what kind of modern nation that Native Americans can build, spanning the entire North American continent, have comparable military and technology to Europe Powers.

Right now I'm doing historical RP'ing of my nation as well as Modern Times RP'ing.

Later, I'll "technology advance" my nation to the Digital Age (2010 - 2100 AD) as I RP my nation researching technologies and stuff. Afterwards, I'll RP my nation entering the Space Age (2101+ AD) after researching technologies associated with being a Space Age nation.

There aren't any hunter-gatherer cultures that have survived encounters with agriculturalists.

If you want to RP an American culture that might have done something without European influence I think you ought to look at the Aztecs and Incas.

They at least used agriculture, built cities and so on.

I don't have to go exactly along the lines of our history.

The Aztecs, Maya, and Inca were "Native Americans". In addition, there were several tribes that used agriculture in North America. Several Native American tribes grew yam potatoes and corn stalks.

I could RP that because something happened differently in our past, such as a different chief coming to power, a shift in Native American philosophy, "natural" events that influence culture / mythology / belief systems, etc.

Britannia Supreme claims the whole Solar System, but we're not greedy.

We'll be perfectly content with the parallel version in the Britannia Supreme universe.
