Due to their unwarrented military excercises against our NATO ally IDF, I herby declare that the Excessively Armed Empire will be moving several heavy battlegroups into international waters outside of Hatarian Mammalia. From there, we will cut Hatarian Mammalia off from the rest of the world, foricbly turning back any ship that enters the area (save for nations that wish to back our quarantine).

Is has come to my knowledge that the nation of Grenval has issued some surrender terms to Hatarian Mammalia which have gone unanswered. Hatarian Mammalia will either answer these demands or siwft and brutal force can and will be used against them.

Oh, and to the governemnt of Hatarian Mammalia: We're not blockading your ports, we're making sure your forces stay in your country. Sound familiar?

His Capitol is kind of... damaged through the launching of a Task Force and constant Long Range Saturation bombing with TLAMS and Tactical Tomhawks - 1500 were fired. So... Can you let us finish him off?

The Peoples Democratic Republic of Izistan fully supports AMF's quarantine. Mind if we send a few ships to assist?

Cutting into the cold sea, 4 heavily armed battlegroups headed up by Warchief Zander took off towards Hatarian Mammalia at great speeds. Zander's War Nerve took point, and the other battlegroups were in formation closely behind. Beneath the choppy waves Freek submarines stayed on a tight perimeter around the massive convoy, and in the air several fighter wings stayed on constant escort patrol. Amidst the carriers, destroyers, frigates, and the like, hundreds of thousands of flesh hungry and blood thirsty Sentinels brooded and seethed on board their transports. To them it had been an eternity since they last shed blood, although in Automagfreek things such as this seem to happen all to often.

Zander peered at his radar screen, adn then at his map. It would take them a little while to arrive, but with a clear pattern he could move faster and had to observe less caution. The airwaves were alive with chatter, some from ship to ship and some from the homeland. Zander got on the horn and sent his hourly status report to Lord Damien.

M'Lord, the fleets are away an en route. Your message has been transmitted to the world, and by the time Hatarian Mammalia can react to your statement, we will be within sight of their lands. Once there we will expand our perimeter while remaining in international waters. I now leave the pencil pushing bullshit up to you Damien, keep me posted.

These soldiers we are sending in are new recruits tasked with filling out the masses of empty units in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd parachute divisions left shattered after the debacle at Firebase Fabus in Hogsweat. So we are really hoping that this invasion goes down so the new recruits can get their baptism of fire.

IDF naval forces already in the area thank AMF for his support and tells Lord Damien that we owe a great debt to the great nation of AMF.

We are glad to have backup in the region.

We currently have 5 Yorktown CVNs and 2 smaller Charles De Gaulle CVNs in the area with about 100 escorts and 8 battleships present along with 14 subs.

Izistan has ordered four of its Transient class guided missile firgates to join the quarantine operations and escort two Delphinus SSBN's and a single Porpoise IV SSK. Supporting our ships and the others are two Clan Grant AOR's purchased from the Freethinkers.

Secret IC for Coalition: One of the Delphinus is carrying modified SLBM's with neutron warheads, the other carrys TLAMs(64 to be exact, four per SLBM tube). The neutron weapons are for "insurance" purposes only.

IDF's Southern fleet is being activated and 2 Nimitz CVSGs, 1 Yorktown CVSG and 1 de Gaulle CVSG are being sent along with Dreadnoughts USS OZZIE GUILLEN and USS JOSE VALENTIN are being sent along with some destroyer squadrons and 25 Kilo SSKs with oiler support

The Izistani Invasion fleet has been reactivated. They will arrive when and if the ground conflict begins.

The ports of the City of Rose were rampants with activity, a time to test the navy so to speak. The 401st fleet left, going as fast as they can to blockade Hatarian Mammalia, of course there's always that off chance that they're attacked, but that's what the carriers are for.

The blockade arrived at the scene, watching the as the Freeks surrounded the nation. The carriers started to arrange sorties, to seek and shipping coming in to the nation, possibly destroy it too, eh, who knows what would happen...

RF-1s would provide escort, and the RB-1 would bomb the ships, in total it'd always be two RF-1s and one RB-1 in a group, but who knows how many were on patrol, some planes were left behind of course, in-case of attack...

The two naval armaments, traveling one mile apart, set sail for the rogue state of Hatarian Mammalia. Riding the waves towards the nation, the naval armaments were on full alert for privateers and enemy ships. Despite the current peace terms, set upon the table, Grenval was still at war until the terms of surrender were accepted. The frigates and SSBN's have reached the outskirts of the quarintine zone. Frigates have commenced patroling and the SSBN's have fallen in with the Coaliton submarine forces.

The small Sith fleet began to move in across the horizon. Under the command of Admiral Petrov the first in the line of Sith ships were ready to assist in the upcoming conflict.

The Bridge of the flagship was alive and strife with activity, while the Admiral sat in his command chair though surrounded by people he was very much alone. Over the past week the crew had began to notice a change in their admiral, he had become a hermit only surfacing to take command and give advice when needed, but in recent days and weeks his second in command had begun to take on more and more of the daily strains of running a fleet.

The Admiral had been ordered to take the fleet close to other allied vessels for collective protection and that is what he was doing. The small Sithian fleet neared the AMF battle force and other assorted allies. The Admiral who had just seemed to come out of a dream phoned down to the political officer and muttered into a conversation that no one could here. For some reason the political officer had been cooped up in the secure cargo hold for the trip, maybe there was something valuable down there but maybe not, all the crew could really do was speculate.

The Sith fleet took its position while the flagship began to radio to other vessels for a current status report on the allied fleet.

8 Trident II Submarines involved in the quarantine as well as 8 Oliver Hazard Perry Frigates have begun the process of long distance saturation bombing, after being restocked after the first strike by the Liberty Cargo Ships, they have begun the process again. 100 TLAMS from the Frigates and 50 Tactical Tomahawks from the Tridents have been launched after the target had been designated. The Capitol of Hatarian Mammalia is, in this case, the target and ships will continuet to bombard the Capitol until Hatarian Mammalia is ready to accept terms to downsize his military forces. Initial Satellite based recon shows that the Capitol was hit relatively hard by the 150 Long Distance Cruise Missiles and that approximately three firestorms broke out because of this attack - initial casualty estimate however only stand at around 500 dead, however because of the prievous bombardment of with 1500 Missiles we expect the infrastructure to have significant trouble dealing with these attacks and others that are coming. The Frigates and Submarines are currently being restocked, and when ready, will launch a second bombardment, Elessar Class Carrier Captains are also briefing thier Pilots on what is expected to be a Carpet Bombing campaign of Hatarian Mammalia. 10 A-X's and 20 F-35's are being fitted with munitions currently on the WNN Alexander The Great Carrier and will soon begin operations. We call on other nations to assist us in the long range saturation bombing.

While the Blue Knights, Missile Boats, and Corvettes speed off and onto patrol of the exclusion zone, the major combat and support vessels join the formation of other major vessels.

OOC: You see, I'm on this site to roleplay, to tell a story. If I wanted to lob n00kZorZ at people, then I'd be labeled a 'n00b'. But you see, I don't RP n00kZorZ because they take no effort or imagination whatsoever, anyone who can attempt to speel 'nuke' can do it. As soon as the AMF order rings out, the Sithian IFF codes are set in the combat control systems as enemy identifiers and the Blue Knights unload their full array of missiles at nearby Sith vessels. The 10 Blue Knight B-variants unload their 40 supersonic ASMs at the farther targets while the others unload a mix of 48 AGM-84D Harpoons and 48 Gabriel III ASMs at the closest enemy vessels. Those within range also fire off their ATGMs and Barak II missiles and turreted guns at the newly opposing fleet.

The Sa'ar 5 Corvettes and Sa'ar 4.5 Missile Boats follow suit, unloading about 72 of each Harpoon and Gabriel III missile type in a series of ripples, while simultaneously opening up with a barrage of 76mm shells.

Across the Western Asian contingent, EW measures are activated against the Sithian radars while "soft-kill" and "hard-kill" self-defense systems are activated.

OOC: Due to the short time span, most of this Western Asian group is concentrated in a 20km by 30km operating area about 20km from the main AMF group, with the larger vessels closer to the AMF main battle group. Sorry about the lack of artful detail and missile enumeration, but I don't think that the attack deserves too much thought about style considering the circumstances.

The LRRN would send a contingent to help out AMF and Western Asia, but almost the entirety of the oceangoing flotilla is currently off the Korean penninsula hunting a rogue East Islandian nuclear missile sub.

Nevertheless, the LRRNS Baba O'Riley, a Kirov missile cruiser, LRRNS Edmund Blackadder, a Karel Doorman class cruiser, and 10 E-Type frigates to help enforce the blockade.


The E-type frigate is an old LRRN design dating back to 1952, and is the only surface warfare unit that can be taken away from the Korean 'front' at the moment.

Armed with 8 RBS-15 missiles, 8 SA-N-20 SAMs, 2 CIWS mounts and a pair of 130mm guns, it has respectable weapons but the hull and ASW systems are little changed from the early 50's.

The fleet on route to the bloackade recieved orders to instead attack unifeid sith, because they had attacked Automagfreek's vessels. Theywere the closest to unified Sith and therefore were to establish an area where troops could be safely landed on their shores. They headed towards Unified sith as fast as they could.

Generally, how are we supposed to RP this? According to another RP thread each of the ships in the area just became the center of a nuclear blast zone. There were 9 US ships approaching the main battle fleet, each of probably decent size (Frigate->Cruiser in size, the types remain unspecified unless Sith wants to help us out with that, but assuming that on the high side the Sith captains detonated 5 Tomahawk-scale warheads (W80), which have a variable yield setting up to 200kt, then that's about 1Mt/ship (assuming a somehow near-perfect synchronization).

I would recommend reading the link to see what that all means for your ships...but basically, if your ship is within 7.2km of the enemy ships then you'll have some serious issues, any exposed crew are going in a bad way. Within 3km your ship is basically severely damaged, most structures not heavily reinforced are crushed or ripped off. Any crew outside are gone.

Since the ships are all spread pretty much along the blockade line, I'd recommend keeping ALL personnel inside, activating your NBC protection systems, and prepping your crews for emergency decontamination procedures for any crew within probably 300miles of any particular blast.

9, 1 Megaton-equivalent blasts= this area is fucked. Whether or not we planned on waging a war with HM, we no longer need to...his entire country is probably going to be wiped out by the actions of his ally's suicide mission. Nuclear war, folks.

So I guess the "we sort of care" task force will be turning back now.

I think AMF has enough support already in a nuclear war, and the LRRN won't be of much use without nuclear capability.

Oh well.

You have the moral support of the LRR government, and you can use our shipyards to repair any damage if you need.

OOC: And yet you keep bugging him, which would seem to indicate that you're the one that has a tiff with AMF. AMF is a major apparent NS power because he RPs his strong nation well enough that people learn to respect him or become IC or OOC acquaintances that he is personally strong enough to deal with many threats while his large allies provide support for almost any effort and many minor nations want to get in good with him.

I know that if I was ever threatened that some of the largest and most powerful nations in NS would be willing to lend a hand...the last time someone did I had over 20 nations of about equal or greater size offering their aid without my asking. I know that AMF could get the same deal with plenty of smaller nations as well, although the smaller companions might hesitate in a major conflict. That is what makes him powerful and what makes any NS nation powerful.
