You could always land on Terra II, and then take the territory you want there. Plus, you could exact revenge against Sevaris' new nation. Meh. All this claiming RL stuff is getting quite old though.

Offer to purchase some of his land
Offer to ally with him in exchange for land
Offer a trade pact in exchange for land
Pick something that hasn't been already claimed (it exists)
If he doesn't comply, ask someone else

Military force should be used as a last resort. You are the perfect example of why 10 year old kids should not be rulers of RL countries.

How about instead of laming around with RL territory, you use your imagination and make up your own fictional territory? Seems to have worked fine for me and for many others.

Even though Sevaris has returned, Greater Valia is ignored. All the land I have is in Earth II. I could defeat him in a military engagement, but I am ignoring him solely because he is a noob.
