Tortuga, Dominion of Pyracy-

James Rackham, the Dominion of Pyracy's Minister of Public Relations, announced today that he would be embarking upon a mission of goodwill to the rest of NationStates. This is to celebrate the Dominion's entry on the world stage after its first several export ships were launched and delivered to their buyers. Minister Rackham, on behalf of the entire Dominion and the Office of the Pirate King, would like to solicit nations to accept him for a short visit. The visit would cultivate embassies and trade agreements, as well as establishing greater awareness of the Dominion and of the Monkey Island region in general. While we recognize that most countries have not heard of us, we would be delighted and honored to change that. Any nation is welcome to invite Minister Rackham, though larger nations will most likely receive primacy of place in our schedule.

To be considered, a nation must have facilities for a 150' wooden ship, as well as facilities for 50 crew members and the Minister. A cheap hotel will do for the crew members, but the Minister and his two traveling companions will require something a little nicer.

The Dominion of Pyracy anxiously awaits your reply.

The Principality of Khalbaat congratulates the Dominion of Pyracy on its appearance on the world stage. We are hoping to make a similar leap; we are currently in negotiations to build an airstrip.
The Principality of Khalbaat hereby extends an invitation to Minister Rackham and any other representatives of Pyracy to visit our nation. We hope such a visit will be beneficial to both of us - from the standpoint of trade as well as publicity.
Be advised: we are an island nation of six million in the North Pacific. We have limited port facilities, but we would be more than willing to make an investment in our infrastructure by the time you arrive. We can offer accomodations at the Golden Spring Inn in our capital city of Jameston for your crew. As for yourself and your companions, it is my honor to request, on behalf of the Prime Minister, that you stay in the guest chambers of the Prime Minister's Residence. I think you will find it most comfortable.

The Secretary of Foreign Affairs asked me to study the feasability of a dock for a 150-foot wooden ship. I am delighted to hear of your intention to visit, for such an improvement of our nation's port facilities has been on my agenda for some time. On the strength of your impending visit, I am recommending to the Prime Minister that we begin work on such a dock immediately. It should be completed within the month; depending on your travel time, you may wish to place Khalbaat later on your itinerary than you had planned. I have every confidence that the dock will be ready by the time of your arrival.
