To whom it may concern:
The Principality of Khalbaat, a recently formed nation in the North Pacific, is looking to join the world of international politics. Unfortunately, up to now, all official business has been conducted by telegram. We would welcome the opportunity to honor other nations with official state visits.
To that end, the Principality of Khalbaat is seeking a friendly nation to offer two things: first, we seek a loan to finance construction of a private airstrip (as well as a cost estimate on same). Secondly, we would like a sale outright of a private jet befitting our government's representatives.
Khalbaat is an island nation in the North Pacific with a population of six million. Our economy is rated "strong" and we feel confident that we will be able to pay back any loans in good time. The nation of Khalbaat is a strong supporter of political freedoms for all peoples. Authoritarian regimes need not apply.
