You do realize most nations of any significant size have well over 4,000 ICBMs, I myself have approximately 55,000 ICBMS with nuclear warheads. That isn't even getting into the hundreds of thousands of chemical missiles and such. :D

No one has the right to declare themselves as naval superpowers you fool. You become a super power when people respect you, and your navy. And right now, no one respects you or your navy, and I really don't think they ever will unless you learn to rp right.
