Greetings to the International Community,

The Republic of Sharina is in dire need of a Defensive military, and we are seeking support in developing its Defensive forces. We have developed a respectable navy for our nation size, but we have almost no air or ground forces.

We seek contractors, friends, or nations who are willing to help Sharina develop an Air Force and a ground army, such as tanks, artillery, mobile AA platforms, APC's, and so forth.

Our entire Air Force comprises of just 6 heliocopters bought from the nation of Lastania. Our entire ground force, aside from soldiers armed with rifles, is comprised of just 10 tanks of the G-6 class bought from the nation of Iron Blood.

We don't even have fortresses, stationary AA defenses, coastal batteries, or any form of defensive structure / network.

We have no intention of engaging in any warfare, except defensive ones whereas Sharina is invaded. We are a peaceful nation, but realize the need to protect ourselves aganist aggression.

Sharina is open to deals and agreements to develop a defensive Air Force and Ground Army.

We are in a similar situation, except our navy and air force is tiny, while our army is a bit better. We would be willing to do war games and send military advisors.

If you need really cheap air defense, you can go with BTR-80s plus our new AA kit.

Hopefully this can foster diplomatic relations between our nations.

•450 VO-100 APC (BTR-90 with new 45mm gun)
•30 S-500 SAM batteries (each battery got 6 launchers, each launcher 4 missiles)

•150 SA-15/TOR-M1 short range SAM systems
•130 Tunguska gun/missile short range defense systems.

You know its not a good idea to announce that to the world. Everyone who sees it is going to consider taking you over not giving you arms

Will gladly provide 10,000 M-16 , 5.56 mm and provide
double squadron 2nd hand F-4 phantoms as trainer aircraft ,
as for the combat aircraft , we will give you modified 20 A-6 Instruders
with AESA radars , and will provide you source codes or the AN/APG-68(V)9, the radar has been sold to six foreign customers as standard equipment on new A-6s.

With regards to the transfer of technology , we will equip your air force people with the necessary knowledge to use it effectively over your airspace


P.S: will put an optional F-404 Engine ^^

All for only a nominal fee of 1 billion USD ^^

They were withdrawn only in 1997..and we have kept them in our storage..
we might refurbish them for your future use , if not you can choose to have our double F-4 phantom II squadron and we will convert them into combat aircraft..
