-This is an urgent message to all large nations with immese militaries:

The Confederacy of Slagshta, a quite new nation has recently been declared war on by another nation. The declaration was recieved today at 0800 hrs. for a big public affairs scandal involving another nation. A rogue militia not associated with Slagshta, stole top secret documents and framed our great nation. Slagshta has until 0800 hrs. tommorow (in 18 hours) to prepare for perhaps the biggest war within the region. Slagshta is currently equipped with basic military supplies-definatly not enough to put up a fight at all. The Confederacy of Slagshta is on the verge of collapse if it does not recieve air support, ground support and sea support within the alloted time. The aggressing nation threatened that if we surrender, we will become apart of his nation and our people will become oppressed slaves, submissive to the needs of his citizens.

As Slagshta is small nation with hardly any military supplies, we would like to beg for a fast donation of any ships, aircraft, spacecraft, weopons, supplies, or support! Anything you donate will not be forgotten. This nation will take your dose of gratitude and pay a high level of respect to your nation. In the future when Slagshta is back on its feet and healthy from this war, the Slagshtan King will pay his homage personally.

The Triancian Government is shocked that people will still go through such great lengths to destroy there fellow man. We can ship about 20 thousand TAK-92's, a homegrown variant of the AK-74 Assualt rifle built for our civil defense forces, as well as 5000 LAW M-71's to deal with armored threats. We also stand ready to give any medical and humanitarian aid as soon as it as needed.

The 1st, 2nd, and 4th Airborne Brigades of the Triancian Army are currently on standby. Although there equipment is light, they are good units, and can be there in no more than 24 hours. Do you accept our aid?

We will also send a Naval Taskforce, to protect this convoy and defend your territorial waters.

Such a force will take time to muster and will not all converge at once, but we pledge our support to your nation. We only wait for your signal that you will allow our troops within your borders.

Talthia's Prime Minister, Matthew Robinson, looked approvingly at his Minister of Defence. In less then a day the convoy of men, equipment, ships and supplies would be sailing from Talthia's waters. It was the largest convoy Talthia had ever sent in the defence of a sovereign region and Matthew was determined that it should succeed in its mission, to ensure peace. Already 10 supersonic jets, accompanied by a dozen modified F-27 Haste and F-31X Cyclone's, each carrying 100 fully armed Guardians had left Talthian airspace. They would be the pebbles in an avalanche

His gaze fell upon Johan Thirk, Talthia's First Naval Admiral and the approval fell from his gaze. In the PM's vocabulary Johan was a man with very strong opinions. Indeed, in Matthew's mind it did not do to think about the Admiral in any vocabulary. Still, he knew his job.

The Admiral Thirk, for his part, routinely despised both the Prime Minister and the Defence Minister. This was one of the few times in his career that he had agreed with their actions, albeit with different reasons; Johan Thirk was eager to test out the new Excalibur Class Battleship. Experts claimed that it was a match for anything else its weight but Johan had dismissed them. Reports were all well and good, but a clipboard wouldn't save your life in pitched battle.

The Prime Minister cleared his throat and addressed the Minister of Defence.

Matthew: "About our situation on this affair. Our nations stance with Al-Muslimeen is not one of war, but we are sending a public message to their government demanding that they stand down. Parliament has also authorised immediate retaliatory air strikes against their country if they fire a single shot at us or at Slagshta. And for a matter not discussed in parliament," Matthew looked the Defence Minister straight in the eye, "be prepared to launch Operation Templar at short notice."

"How will our Navy hold up?" The PM asked the admiral.

"They'll hold up and more. The enemy can come at us with a sledgehammer and we'll beat them back with a pin-prick." Johan paused, remembering that you had to kick a politician up the arse just to remind them to wipe their backside. He added, "Of course we could always use more ships..."

"No, no," Replied the PM, waving Johan's suggestion away. "Speed is of the essence, we'll consider reinforcing our navy once the convoy arrives. And that brings me to my final question. I've decided, considering our latest intelligence, to increase our numbers." He looked down at a piece of paper. "I plan to add 300 T-1 Scorpion Main Battle Tanks, 450 M-2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 250 M-113A3 Armoured Personnel Carriers, 100 M-48 Chaparral Mobile SAM Launchers, 100 HMMWV Avenger Anti-Aircraft Missile System and 50 M-270A1 MLRS Mobile Rocket Launchers with the needed crew. In addition, considering your latest report," Matthew motioned to the Minister of Defence, "our peacekeeping force will be sending an additional 15,000 men. Can we still make our deadline?" The PM asked, finally addressing Johan.

That Fleet Admiral sighed, but remembered to always keep things simple with politicians.

"Well it'll be a squeeze, but we'll make it. Just."

The PM clapped his hands, totally ignoring the last word.

"Well, if that's all I think we should get busy. You will of course be commanding the taskforce Admiral."

- Message to all those who helped Slagshta gain supplies -

The deeds of your nation extend way beyond what I expected. After recieving all of these wonderful supplies, Slagshta sent an inventory list to the agressing nation. Within minutes, enemy ships turned around, air planes disapeared, and a dispatcher came on line one. He spoke to us in a foreign lanuage, but thanks to foreign aid translators, Slagshta was able to decipher the message. The Caliphate that had challened us was over whemled with the amount of military supplies that Slagshta now posseses. We have driven away the enemy and our people are now safe and away from threat.

I cannot express how much I owe back to the nations that have helped mine. On the verge of extinction, it was you all who saved the people of Slagshta.

We are in infinite debt to all nations who supplied us. We will always be your ally, and you can call on us in reserve whenever you are in war. The Slagshtan people are seen in the streets waving banners of nearly 20 nations who provided aid and support.

Through this troubled time, the people of Slagshta have united. Out of respect, Slagshta will allow immigrants of the helpful nations to occupy our land and live off of our government. If you wish to move come right in. You are always trusted and will always be remembered for the deeds that you have committed.

"Well well, eh, number one?" asked Captain Geoffrey Ross as he read the radio message ordering him to prceed to Slagshta for a diplomatic job.
"Yes sir. Sounds like there'll be a good bash once we get it sorted out. Shouldn't we be with our escorts, sir?" asked the young First Officer anxiously.
"Nonsense!" scoffed Ross. "Who's going to attack us here, number one? Besides, we have the armour and the weapons to deal with any attack."
"Very good sir. Shall I have the cooks start working sir?"
"Yes, good thinking number one."

This is the fantastic news! We are glad that our nation was able to play a part in restoring peace to your fair land. Upon hearing the news, the Prime Minister cancelled the taskforce, jumped into a reserved supersonic aeroplane, and will shortly be entering your air space. Will the PM be allowed to join you fine gentlemen for the celebratory dinner? Don't worry, he rarely speaks with his mouth full.

With Slagshta's permission, the 1000 Guardians located within your borders and the TNX Excalibur will remain within your region and its waters for the next few days. We feel it merely prudent to station a token protection force for a short while, until things calm down. Although tonight I believe our soldiers and sailors will be more on the lookout for a good street party then anything else...

Talthia's PM strode up and down the jet, unable to contain his excitement. A victory meal cooked by none other then DPUO would be surely a memory to savour. Matthew had heard the rumours about DPUO's regional cooking skills, how tasting one of their simple potato soups was like reaching heaven through orgasmic seizure.

Realizing that there was still almost quarter of an hour to go before they landed, he looked secretively around. Neither of his aids was paying him any attention. He looked around once more, furtively reached into his pocket and began nibbling a Jaffa cake.

A thousand calls were issued along the ship, making her "spick and span" for the people coming aboard being after all of the utmost priority. The galley staff were working overtime to prepare a good meal, using up most of their fresh ingredients in the process. Crewmen practiced standing to attention, the Captain ran through what would happen in his mind when they came aboard. He wanted it all perfect.

The plane taxied its way to the end of the runway. As soon as it stopped, Matthew Robinson unbuckled his seat belt and strode to the door.

He opened it and stood in the entranceway, stunned. Thousands of people were waiting for him. Many of them were waving Talthian flags. He paused for a second, then raised his hand to the crowd. At this, the deep murmur became a cheer and the camera flashes from the crowed swelled to a frenzy. Matthew swore he could hear the Talthian national anthem.

As he went down the steps a good looking young women separated herself from the crowd and moved to greet the Prime Minister, a firm smile on her face.

"Welcome to Slagshta. I understand that you will be dining with our Royalty tonight on the Cirrus. If you'd like to follow me..."

Matthew and his aids followed her to an expensive car, only stopping once in a while to wave to the crowd.

Captain Ross gazed at the small but nonetheless brightly bedecked port before him through the binoculars, smiling as he did so.
"Number one?"
"Sir."
"Load turret one, blank shot, fire when ready, range for that forest just above the port just in case the wadding hits someone."
"Aye sir."
20 seconds later, the four 14-inch guns of the Cirrus' forward turret let out a long, rumbling BOOM, and the ship switched on every light she had.

At the airport ,20 miles from White Wolf Castle, Lord JWolf has ordered the Air Wolf One fueled and ready to go to Slagshta in a hour.

After a little bit, the Lord JWolf's limo and bodyguard hummers rode up to Air Wolf One. They all unload and got on the plane. The captain ran a system check and all system were good. The plane took off like a bullet and was gone for the naked eye in seconds.

Matthew reclined in his seat. The car was only averaging 20 mph due to the sheer number of people on the roads, but Matthew was enjoying it. In the middle of his small talk with the attractive young women a low explosion was heard. Matthew ignored it, probably someone banging a drum.

About an half hour pasted, the captian got on the radio, "Lord JWolf, we will be in Slagshta airspace in 5 mins."
Lord JWolf "Ok. Called the tower. So, we can land."
Captain "Yes sir."

As Air Wolf One landed, Lord JWolf saw thousands of people were waiting for him. The people were wearing Wolf America's color.

As they got off there a limo, two SPD car, and a SWAT van there to take them to the Cirrus.

Lord JWolf watched the people wave at him. So, he wave back. Lord JWolf said "I'm, Lord JWolf, the supreme leader of the United States of Wolf America and I'm happy that there was not a shot fired."
After that, they loaded into the limo.

The limo and the other cars took off to go to the Cirrus.

Bynzekistani President Binns put down the communique he had just received. He immediately called his PA and asked her to cancel his plans for the next 24 hours. This is gonna be one hell of a party, he thought. Within minutes he was in his limo, heading for the private airfield where the Liberator, Binns' private presidential jet, was ready for takeoff.
Once in the air, Binns relaxed and started nodding off.

The President was awoken by his security aide. "Sir, we have a situation." The President rose from his seat and walked to the situation table. On the massive table was spread a VirtuMat, displaying a map of Slagshta. The aide pointed to one of Slagshta's ports. "This is where the Cirrus is docked, sir. Radar planes in the vicinity, those accompanying our peacekeepers, just detected a small band of enemy troops within one hundred kilometers of the port."
"They could be retreating; the tail end of a convoy, perhaps," the President suggested, hopefully.
"I'm sorry, sir. It's one hundred kilometers and closing, and heat signatures suggest they're carrying weapons."

Talthia's Prime Minister Matthew Robinson strolled along the port, enjoying the fresh hair and the anonymity of the shadows. Even here, crowds had flocked to see the Cirrus dock and festive music echoed from every corner. Matthew leaned over a set of rails as the Cirrus slid into easy view. He realized that he was enjoying himself.

One of his aides strode over to him, a tall, pony-tailed man with a worried expression on his face and alerted him to the information the Bynzekistan's had released. Matthew's face turned pale.

"Is it possible?" He asked as soon as the aide finished speaking.

"Its possible but we've had our own aeroplanes and forces scouting this nation." The aide shrugged.

"Our Forces... they're probably seeing our forces!" Matthew said with relief, then his face clouded, knowing that this could be just as dangerous. "And not too many nations will know that we still have some soldiers here... Tell me, will our soldiers be armed?"

"At least some of them." Matthew started to sweat.

"Okay okay, here's what you'll do. You will get the Bynzekistan President or whoever on the phone and inform him that we still have some peacekeeping forces here. Tell them to stand down immediately. Then you will get all our soldiers to round up in one area and disarm them. Any questions?"

"But sir, we've allowed the men freedom of movement because -" The aide stammered.

"Well then re-limit them... Now!"

Roger Stanton looked up from the notes he was reading.

"Yes, Bradley?"
"We are just about at the Cirrus, sir." The head of the President's TFPD secerity deatail responded. "ETA, about two more minutes."

Stanton puts away the folders, and striagtens the tie hanging around his neck. "Great. Have you gotten in touch with the comanders of the 1st, 2nd, and 4th AB's?"

Bradley nods. "Yes, sir. They're reporting no enemy contact since they landed." He smiles. "Colonel Tarus stated that she had somehow got the 2nd into a parade."

Stanton groans, theratircally, and good naturdly. "Hell, that sounds like Tarus. Respond to all Brigades to hold there current positions, and tell Tarus that she'd better not be taking anything offered from the locals. Next thing you know, she'll want to defect."

Bradley laughed. "I'll inform them sir." He takes a quick look out the window, and brings his sleeve mic to his mouth. "All units, we've arrived. Deploy in standred fashion." He nods to the President. "Showtime sir."

Don't remind me." Stanton sighs, and puts on a smile, stepping out into the press and diplomats once his door is opened, and become slightly impressed at the ship in front of him.

Here we go. "Welcome aboard, sir! A pleasure to have you here!" beamed Captain Ross. "This is my number one, and these are my other officers." He indicated each one in turn, naming them as he did so, and then turned back to Stanton. "Would you care to follow me, sir? Well be ready to serve in about twenty minutes. In the meantime, feel free to take a wander round the ship. Of course, you'll have to be accompanied, since we cannot reveal certain of her secrets." Ross smiled winningly and continued. "Otherwise, perhaps you'd like to just sit on the deck?" he indicated a line of deckchairs set up along the afterdeck. "Up to you, of course."

Foreman "Lord JWolf?"
