"It has become evident Hatarian Mammalia has no intention of peaceful coexistance. That is why, today, The NWV Senate and Parliament invoked the power of a Referendum on War which was resoundingly approved by 280-20 in the Senate and 211-39 in The Head Parliament. This action was taken by The President to invoke a Cross-Parliamentary Vote because we believe Hatarian Mammalia has no real intentions of peace and is simply biding time untiul he attempts another foolish move such as a 'blockade' of some sorts.

We also wish to announce that this time the War will not be NWV firing 300 Cruise Missiles to cripple Military Infrastructure - It will be total War, a mass bombing campaign against Hatarian Mammalia that will inevitably result in the destruction of not just his armed services, but his entire nation. We will pursue this course of action to the last, even if it costs above our current Def. Budget ($1,200,000,000,000) - Hatarian Mammalia will be taught a lesson, one way or the other.

We did not want it to come to this, but the constant threats of War, Blockades, use of Pirate Ships, Terrorism and attempted 'invasions' have left the leadership of NWV in no doubt that this is the correct course - Hatarian Mammalia and any record of his existance must be destroyed. We thank you for your time on this matter, and hope other nations will assist us in taking down a troublesome rogue state."

If you need aid just ask, the Knesset has voted 312-46 for war and the IDF Navy is sending 4 of their 9 active fleets and the 7th fleet will join them when they go active after refits are done.

Damn, I have several new ship designs that won't be ready for combat once this gets going.

I do, however, have a few new missiles and a brand new torpedo that are going to be unveiled... when the first warhead explodes.

That calc takes it's info (even the defence budget percentage) directly from an XML feed from NS so it's the most accurate of the calcs.

After seeing Hataria and Hatarian Mammalia grow into gigantic pests, Canan issues this statement:

The entire Canan military shall be placed on full alert, and will fire apon any Hatarian Mammalian ship, as well as any of its allies. We do this with the hopes that they will be totally destroyedby the nations who have declared war on Hatarian Mammalia.

Occ:Also, I am un-ignoring HM and his puppet Hataria so that if I want to I can float on over to the Pacific and destroy both their nations.

14 Trident II Submarines and 20 Oliver Hazard Perry Class ASW Frigates from the Naval Taskforce launched 1000 TLAMS and 500 Tactical Tomahawks today against Hatarian Mammalia's Capitol. The NWV Government gave the reason for such a massive attack in such a short period that there was no intention of hitting specific targets strategically - hence there was no need for a long period of time to designate the targets via recon. A spokesperson for The Ministry of Defence simply said that this attack was 'long range saturation bombing' which basically means that it was designed to completely devastate The Hatarian Mammalian Capitol.

Supply Ships are currently restocking the Frigates and Ballistic Submarines which may lead us to believe there is another attack on the way. This would be highly unlikely however, as 1467 Missiles out of the 1500 were believed to have hit the Capitol in the long range attack that lasted 3 Hours last night. It would also be strange as the Capitol itself, via early recon assesments, is believed to have suffered a massive blow. Early estimates from NWV Military HQ onboard a Command Ship in the 1st Carrier Group suggest that upwards of 1/2 mile squared was completely destroyed in last nights attack, and upwards of 2 miles in the Hatarian Mammalia Capitol suffered extensive fire damage from the ensuing fires that shook the city.

As soon as your respective fleets are able to launch a big enough attack upon Hatarian Mammalia via long range saturation bombing, please let your missiles fly.

One hundred missiles have been launched from orbital sattelites at Hatarian Mammalia(and don't you dare say it isn't present tech, because it could easily have been developed instead of going to the moon if the US had tried, and their probably are one or two up there actually) pending the arrival of Carrier Groups relatively soon.
