You realize that in order to clone a soldier who's 18 years old, you have to clone them, then wait for them to age, right?
Also, you must realize that a clone's mind would be completely blank from the memories of the original, and therefore it would be like an infant.
This isn't even mentioning all the inherant flaws with cloning, such as aging DNA and such.

On that note, how can you copy a human mind? How does the tech for that work?

Ok, now that the little insult is over, how exactly do you hook up a mind to a machine as Resi said. Believe it or not, it's tricky to stick an I/O cable into a person. Or at least not anywhere it's gonna do any use. Plus, as Resi also said, a magic/tech hybrid? How in the hell does a modern/future tech (I really can't tell with him.....) nation also suddenly gain magical creations and powers?

I swear, if he starts sending in wizards to back up his troops.....

IC: The Orbital Construct of Rinceweed is currently capable of sending in the second army in to aid in the defense of Formal Dances. Unfortunately, our space fleet is currently a bit busy, as most of it is undergoing yearly maintenance, with the rest busy getting ready to go into orbit above a small island....

If you accept our aid ([OOC]: I know you've ignored it Formal, but i'd love to see how long it takes to obliterate Sephrioth. I've never fought against such a.....well, n00b. Not a newbie, an actual n00b.), we will send them in as soon as possible. The Second Army is not actually complete, and only has around 1500 men in it, along with a small amount of logistical officers (Around 100). We also have around 20 of our Lighter Tanks (Fairly thinly armoured, and armed with only anti-infantry weapons), and 5 Mobile Artillery Support vehicles in the army.

[OOC]: I apologize for the lack of details in my army description.
If it helps, consider the MAS's a heavy howitzer on wheels. The light tanks have the speed and armour of an M1 Abrahms tank, but have the turret replaced with 2 forward facing machine guns.
The troops themselves mostly carry a mix or energy weapons and conventional weapons. They carry Fragmentation grenades, and small handguns (.357 caliber. For close combat only due to the recoil making accurate shooting near impossible.), but carry rifles that use small energy packs on the sides of them as batteries to power them. They basically have to firing modes. One is to charge them up. They can be charged for roughly 30 seconds before any discharge will destroy the weapon itself as well as anything around it. The charge can allow to the blast, once charged for between 5-10 seconds, vaporize most materials within rougly 5 metres of the point of impact, but has limited effects against very dense metals. The standard firing mode fires the equivalent of .357 shots, but will more armour peircing capacity due to the fact that it's an energy weapon. Unfortunately, this makes it very ineffective against soft targets, as the blast is occassionally known to pass right through a person so fast that although it creates a hole right through the person, it isn't in them long enough to cause serious damage to anything around the point of impact.

One of my operatives used it in the thread 'Jangle Jangle Ridge military base'. That version was a prototype, designed to consist of 2 energy pistols and an extra barrels. Unfortunately, that version is very prone to breakdown, and has no user serviceable parts. The one my main army uses is more robust.

Oh, and apologies if I do something wrong, or if anything I have seems to be like any kind of godmod. I rarely go for RP's that involve full scale armies, so i'm not very used to it.

I can divert the operational half of my fleet from their current duties to destroy near enough anything you send out (Apart from another one of those super-godmods you seem to create on a daily basis). Anything that actually makes sense to have exist will be beyond merely heavily damaged. It'll be fugging burnt toast. I have enough to provide the brute force to wipe out quite a few nations in a matter of minutes if I got them all focusing on the one set of nations. Not that i'd ever do that. I aint into genocide.

Oh, and in case anyone is wondering why I have such a large fleet to boast about, check out what my nation is. It's entirely space based, apart from a colony of roughly 3 thousand on the surface of Earth, which is where we base all of our surface related matter from. Our main Orbital Construct is in orbit above that colony. The rest are dotted around the rest of the Earth, plus two around the moon. All are designed to destroy anything hostile before it gets close enough to do any damage. Don't exactly want millions of my people dying to an enemy attack. But, as I said, I also have a large fleet. Although the Constructs are powerful, I don't want to take chances with so many lives, so i've spent around 3 quarters of my defense budget entirely on the space defenses, with about half of the going towards the fleet (The rest going to my Constructs. The remaining quarter of the total budget goes towards the ground forces. I don't actually use any naval forces.)
