The Minister of Military Research approaches the microphone, in front of the Capitals ‘Gates of Freedom’.
“Ladies, Gentlemen and my esteemed colleagues,
The Republic of Salhvm is proud to announce the up-coming test flight of the Avro Arrow Mk3. In the wake of the collapse of the Kingdom of the Vecne Mesto and the fall the tyrant; the plans for the Mk3 were snatched from the fire and there existence saved! As a result we have built the first proto-type and intend to launch within the week. This is not an upgrade to the original Mk2 improved that was flow by the late ‘Kingdom’ but an entirely new aircraft. New Materials, New engine, New abilities!… BUT the same shape and strength. Nothing has been lost in this new design and everything has been gained. Not only can the Mk3 make a Mach acceleration turn as its predecessors but we theorize it will make it at Mach 2.25! (loud applause from the public audience) Ladies and Gentlemen, I am sorry that I can not give you any details until the test flights are conducted next week and the results are analyzed… Long Live the Republic!”
(cheers continue)

The government of Hudecia is interested in purchasing the Mk3 once it has passed its flight tests.

We are also interested in the production rights for the Mk2 if their plans are still available.

The Republic of Salhvm always welcomes external investment (as long as they maintain a hands off! Policy). We are concerned about your governments interest. You were a former buyer of the late "Kingdom of the Vecne Mesto"! You put money in the hands of the tyrant! We fear that the knowledge of your misdeeds might affect our "customer service relations and quality control specification" Unless you can demonstrate otherwise to the people of the beloved Republic and regain your respect (if there was any to begin with in this nation). As for the sale of Avro Arrow Mk2 Imp plans.... none exist at this time. There is no motivation to sell them.

The Leader of the Government makes his first appearance since the elections. From his wheelchair he declares the flight a Success. And that the new plane has surpassed expectations. Production will begin as soon as the closing tests are finished and it passes the inspections. This is a glorious day for the Republic!
