This may be true if he only has one desktop computer.

Laptops can change ISP's when they are plugged into different houses, apartments, locations, etc.

If he has two or more computers he could switch over to another computer then continue from there.

I agree regarding his behavior. People who act and insult in a manner like his "f*** a horse" insult shouldn't be sympathized with, because it shows an astonishing lack of maturity.

I was merely pointing out the possibility of Sephrioth coming back regardless of an IP ban or not.

The previous ships are not large scale cruisers, more like space travel-able versions of modern craft, slightly larger, though.
