After the fall of the Austar Union, Russian Forces has hosted a meeting in Berlin (Reichstag) to discuss what will happen to the country. Four primary leaders from the nations of Unified Sith, Holy Panooly, Dr Twist and Russian Forces will be there and others who wish to participate in the rebuilding of AU or is worried about the political situation may arrive. We Warn that the leaders must come with high security because at anytime, militia loyal to the old AU regime may rise up and try to assassinate the leaders or kidnap them. Issues such as the splitting of the nation and military presence will be discussed.

Unfortunately the HP Fuhrer is occupied with internal affairs at the moment so we are forced to send a delegate to Berlin, the late capital of former Austar Union. The delegates will talk about a non-agression pact between the RWC and the RBA.

Our President is currently visiting ViZion but he would love to make a stop in Berlin. We will bring over 100 Dhabi Guardsmen to protect our leader and his staff. We ask that you do treat him with respect and he will treat your people with the same he wants to help make this work a better place for both the people of the world and the people of Dhabi. Our president would enjoy meeting with the Russian Forces and discuss the rebuilding of Austar Union. We thank you for your time.

Why don't you take your frustrations elsewhere?

The Kaiser Wilhelm VI from Gomostan would love to go to Berlin and helping with the rebuilding of the Austar Union.I shall bring 50 Gomostan Guards with me.Also some of my Goverment will come to help too with the faith of the Austar Union.

The delegates will talk about a non-agression pact between the RWC and the RBA.

I think it would be best if a pact were to be drawn up but it must be run by the members if the respective allainces before it is formalised.
