We have been developing generator that taps natural static electricity and transforms it in to be usable energy, as a part of our "forgotten technologies re-examinated" project. So far we have managed to generate small amounts of electricity. We believe that by improving the design, we could produce substantial amounts. We are searching for partners in this project, as this will benefit everyone.

OOC: This is not fantasy. Such a generators have been really created. In the 20s someone(cant't remember the name) succesfully created such a generator. Problem is that it didn't generate enough electricity, but it generated some. However sadly the guy lost his funding and the whole thing is largely forgotten today. Maybe with modern technology the design could be improved to generate substantial amounts. Nikola Tesla also experimented with similar things.

We require mostly technical assistance. Funding is not really problem, but we aren't able to improve design with our small science team. We need more people to develop the project further.

I saw on tv a guy in a nylon sports suit dancing around for a minute. Then he got into a bucket and touched a wire which ran to a trailer 500m away. The trailer had petrol splashed around in it and the open can left in there (lots of fumes). When he touched the wire the trailer went bang, very impressive. The point of the experiment concluded that it was more dangerous to wear synthetic clothes in a petrol station than it was to use your mobile phone in one.

We accept your generous offer we are. We are planning to move our labs there.

The problem with this is that static energy has a high charge (the thing that makes your hair stand on end) but low current (the thing that powers light bulbs). Therefore it isnt very useful as a power source because you need a huge amount of static energy to power anything useful. I think you're better off with nuclear plants, relatively cheap, clean and effective (wind / solar / other reneweable rubbish is impractical for various reasons that I dont really want to explain).

Our team of scientists comprise of four electricians, ten physicists, six theoreticians, and twenty engineers. They all have doctorates from the prestigious Shalana University. We can supply additional scientists upon request or need.

Sharina is also prepared to provide electronics, computers, and construction equipment, in addition to some funds.

Please inform our Head of Science of the details, so he can plan where to send the team and the equipment.

How about if we built cross-national lab in The Island of Rose ? I think that would bring the best results. We are already planning to move our laboratory ans scientists there.
