OOC: This is a battle between the I(rish)R(epublican)A(rmy) and the British goverment, taking place mostly in Northern Ireland. The era is post WWI, with the battle taking place between the "Black and Tans" :sniper: (British Military presence in Ireland) and the IRA's scraggly members :gundge: . The IRA is less equipped, poorly trained, and at a lack of numbers. They are also constantly hunted by British special agents, who are extremely well equipped and will bring in additional forces as well. Note that this is a battle that will take place from city to city, as the few IRA members scramble around running from the British. If a british soldier dies, they are replaced by a new one at the next battle. IRA members stay dead, but Civilians can become IRA members if so inclined.

You may play as -
IRA member - poorly equipped (low end pistol and some stolen or homeade explosives {TNT, Black powder explosives}) (only 5 or 6 people, please.
Black & Tan - British soldier wearing black and brown khaki. May have a pistol or a rifle.
Special Op British soldier - The queens finest. High powered rifles are a theme here, and they have access to Machine guns. (please only a few)
Civilian - A homeowner in one of the citys. May provide aid to either side, or join a side.

Narrator - In the town of Cork, a few young boys formed a brigade in the woods, where using some pistols they obtained, began training to fight the British so as to drive them out of Ireland. They knew the risks of siding with the IRA, but the Boys of Cork would gladdly die for there country. With little training and poor equipment, they prepared to rob a cart of explosives that would drive through town the next day. They picked the road that lead into town, where the ditches on the side of the road would provide hiding spots, and, with only 6 rounds apiece for thier revolvers, the Boys of Cork prepaired the ambush of the cart.

IC: As the leader of the boys, PJ knew that he was the man who would shout the attack cry, and would be the first man to fire should they be unable to force the cart drivers into submission. He was also the one with the best weapon, a 10 round semi-automatic C-96 pistol, and with the explosives should they be overpowered, two sticks of Dynamite and a lighter.
Anxious and Excited, he waited for the other boys to show up in the assigned spot.
