OOC:
Mostly this is an announcement that I am back.
For those that still remember me, or those that care (In my experience, the two are mutualy exclusive ;) ), I recently moved to Arizona and as such the internet went out of my life for a month or so because the people at West Coast Net are evil and should be shot, burnt and hung.
Any WCN staff who read this are excluded.

So...I finnaly got my E-Mail address back, and can begin postinating again. FEAR THE SPAM!

Aside from that...anybody up for a war? I want to try out some of my toys that I came up with just before I moved...

DNN News:
Due to a minor computer glitch the entire DGNT communications system was apparently disabled for some time, the reports of a rather large uprising by monarchist supporters was entirly fictional and never happened.
Ever.
The bodies by the roads are merely the result of a sudden epidemic of food poisoning. Their limbs were ripped off by evil bacteria. Any bullet wounds are purely coincidental.
Those that wish to dispute this fact will please report to their local DGNT Govornment Center where they will be rehabilitated for their obvious mental problems relating to incidents which never happened having happened.

OOC: And DGNT, go check the GLACORP store, division six and the weapons of mass destruction section. Don't want to push you, but I need the nanites to kill the Shivans, you know?

OOC:
I dont have a puppet called ComeOverHere...unless you mean Ohhhcomehere, and that was just a bit of boredom.

JJR, I have answered your question several times by TG and on the IM. Sorry, but it is still no.
I really dont want other nations to have the Steel Plauge. Giving other people your Uber-Cool Nano-metal-eating robo-thingy is a bad idea, generaly.

HOWEVER:
A rental policy could be arranged, ICly, in the Steel PLague thread.
Naturally, DGNT personell would be operating the system and maintaining it. Trade secrets and such.

OOC: Hey, it was only one telegram! That I didn't see! Anyway, I have some nanites that eat metal and flesh now anyway. Disassemblers. Courtesy of CF.

yes, but mine are better.

OOC: CURSES! Well, the primevil is like yours. It's a mass of nanites around a superstructure. They all work together as a huge brain, so you don't need the big AI. But this is space tech stuff.

OOC:
Mine dont need a superstructure, its self supporting, and fairly hard to kill.
Plus it has a cooler name.

Plus, the Primevil is of...dubious legitimacy.

And remember JJR, my disassemblers don't reproduce. Hence why DGNT's steel plague is better by default, despite their being designed for two completely different roles. (WMD and ground soldier respectively.)

OOC:
They arent really a WMD, per se.
Of course, it really depends on your definition of WMD...

But yours sound rather interesting, could I get a link to the data (if one exists...)

I would also suggest taking this discussion to the Steel Plague topic, before the mods are angered and smite us etc.

I've only just presented the data on the ESUS boards. I haven't fleshed them out yet. I'll post a topic on the international mall shortly.

But I wasn't saying your nanites were WMDs, I was saying that mine were.

IC:

Regular transmissions from Vrak to DGNT were oddly interrupted. Technicians were unable to solve the problem and as engineering crews were mobilized to investigate, suddenly communication mysteriously restored itself. Experts viewed the cause as the strange weather found in the Klatch or perhaps a herd of Domokuns chewed through the cables.

OOC: Welcome back!

DGNT meteorologists generaly think that wierd Klatchian weather is mostly caused by a continient the size of Russia being dropped into the ocean.
It'll go away after a few hundred years though.

Oh...and we shot a few domokuns, they taste rather good.
