Due to NWV's actions and policies which are contrary to the goals of the Whittier Pact,
due to the fact that NWV pushes a policy of appeasement with imperialist nations at the expense of just peace,
due to the fact that NWV has condemned the efforts of some alliance members to resolve the HM conflict diplomatically and condemned such efforts as "acts of war",
due to NWV's threat to use WMDs against members of the Whittier Pact,
it is determined that NWV's goals are in conflict with the goals of the Whittier Pact,
further, it is determined that NWV is a rogue nation that supports imperialists.
We note that NWV has responded to WP member's attempts at diplomatic solution to the MH conflict with threats of war against WP members.
Therefore, continued NWV membership in the Whittier Pact is a direct threat to the national security interests of all Whittier Pact members.
As such, Nazi Weaponized Virus (NWV) is hereby declared ejected from the Whittier Pact.
The NWV ambassador to Whittier is being handed expulsion orders. And all trade and cultural exchange agreements between Whittier and NWV are declared null and void.
All military alliances between said nations is also declared null and void.
This decision is final and non appealable.

We were initially tipped off that agents of NWV were gaining access to national security info on alliance members and strategic info on the alliances, strengths and weaknesses and passing it on to alliance enemies.

I personally feel that NWV should be grateful it is rid of the alliance and end it there.

We are pleased that we have met a mutual, friendly decision and hope to maintain friendly trading ties with all nations in The Whittier Pact, our Mutual Protection Pact with The Pact still remains, though we do not have any obligation to enforce this unless it is necessary, which basically means that if the War is unjust in the eyes of The Parliament, we shall not engage in Military action - though this is highly unlikely.

We also hope that Whittier will allow IDF to take over as leader.

It has been revelealed, that a secret 'quick attack' operation just hit The Southern Fascists of Hatarian Mammalia.

The operation, given the go ahead by The President after the Joint Chiefs drew up the plan at his behest was executed today using a Strike Force of 4 Trident II Submarines - Armed with Tactical Tomahawks and TLAMS, the recon of Hatarian Mammalia during the Quasi War was invaluable in this operation. Specific Military Targets such as Airbases in flat valleys that hoped to evade the recon assignments during the quasi War were targetted by The Trident II's - who remained just outside Hatarian Mammalian waters at the end of the Quasi War, as was the Ministry of Defence of The Southern Fascists Other minor targets included Anti Aircraft Installations and Radar Bases.

There were a total of 51 Major Targets and 110 Minor Targets. It is believed through sources at the NWV Ministry of Defence that 200 Tactical Tomahawks were fired as well as 50 TLAMS. First reaction reconnaisence indicates all but 1 of the targets suffered a direct hit, as one target had improper intelligence, and thus improper coordinates punched in.

True, hes rebuilding through canan's aid but the destruction wraught against him was unbelievably large. Yet I do believe he could field a small sized Security Force due to the aid Canan gave him - Btw check out 'NWV Announces' - Its a formal declaration of War on HM - We need to do to him what we did to Hataria.

We also hope that Whittier will allow IDF to take over as leader.

This makes no sense as NWV already left the Whittier Pact, therefore this is just the Whittier Pact trying to make itself seem less pathetic than it really is by pretending it was them that threw NWV out instead of him qutting. Pitiful.
