OOC: People who are jealous of other people who claim RL territories are making it so that they get another shot at said territories. I personally think it's a bunch of BS.

Or...people who didn't realize they had to claim a country or didn't realize the few benefits of claiming a country or didn't join until all the countries were stolen decided that since the NS world was considered to be thousands of times bigger than the RL world it was mildly realistic that if one earth would exist on its surface, so would a second.

Yes you should join the Earth II RP. I like it. You get to claim a few nations that you want and you get to have a real piece of territory that you can see on a map. All of you that say its BS either had already claimed territory in the RL nations thread or you just think that just because they had to make more than one its stupid. So what if people want to create another Earth. So what if people want to create another earth because they want to claim something thats already claimed. They are so many people on NS that it would be chaos if you said "Theirs just going to be one earth and it only for the people who get their first." Whats wrong with giving everyone a chance to claim a piece of the world. Some of you people need to learn that you shit really does stink and that you shouldn't look down at other people just because their doing something that you don't find intresting.

I have a lot more respect for people who make up their own borders and continents, as opposed to those who go around whining about someone claiming the RL territory they wanted. Those people should go play Risk instead.

Then alot of NS player should be playing Risk myself included. Well alot of people disagree with you, or their too stupid to go and play Risk. 730 posts for Earth II and 73 posts for Earth III it seems like alot of people like RL nation claims and if people like it then it'll keep happening.

About 95% of RPing on NS would be better conducted as a game of risk anyway.

After a lot of painful attempts as to how to incorporate RL Earth into my roleplaying, I've decided it's just a small region of the NS World, surrounded by a few hundred miles of ocean, and with the poles being...not really poles. Doesn't work out scientifically, but hey, it's the best I could do.

I don't buy things like 'my nation is located in the pacific'...was never able to grasp how a nation/region from NS could somehow be fitted into the RL Pacific/Atlantic/Etc. I still don't like to recognize RL Earth holdings...besides, RL Earth is all occupied by the larger nations of the past, with no way for newer nations to get their share; prompting things like Earth II and Earth III and Terra.

So basically, I don't recognize any of this except perhaps RL Earth I...and won't roleplay in the real world. This is the NS world...what's the point? Besides, what's with this invading of certain states of the US without a response from the entire US military? Anyways...yeah. I find the concept way to hard to incorporate into my roleplaying and have decided to mainly ignore it.

NS reality is fluid, shifting before our eyes, moving in and out of phase. What we perceive as Earth II is merely one more paradigm of the multiverse.

(Thusly, you are a systemic anamoly.)
