Oil port, refinery, and pipeline opened (finally)
IDF engineering Corps announces the completion of the Saudi-Israel oil pipeline to increase the oil flow between the Middle EAst and Europe and North America. This pipeline decreases the travel time for oil tankers drastically. ULCCs no longer have to go around Africa to get to North America. This joint project will help IDF and Ottoman Khaif significantly. A new Oil refinery and shipping terminal has been built in Haifa, construction time for the port, refinery, and pipeline was 10 years at costs $70 billion. The port terminal can support 12 ULCCs and 18 VLCCs at one time making it the world's largest. It will be heavily defended by 7,500 IDF troops at the terminal, and IDF Naval patrols by frigates and destroyers. More IDF troops will defend the pipeline

OOC:errr... the ships dont have too go around africa... they can also go through the Suez Canal.

As for the Suez point, the ULCCs can't use it, VLCCs can though, it is also dangerous with world terrorism. THe time saved in travel makes this a viable option
