Today, two 15-megaton nuclear charges were detonated in the unresided area of Gemma Plateau in Keimonia. The recently founded Uranium mining has provided Keimonia enough nuclear material to build up twenty 15-MT charges.(Of witch 2 were detonated for test purposes, as said above. So its now 18 bombs).

I am proud to announce that our noble nation has now joined the ranks of Nuclear Powers. These 18 nuclear attack munitions shall be used for defensive purposes, as they are simple bomber payload, not missile warheads.
This will bring further our indepency. As to say, we now have teeth, and will bite if threatend!

The rain hammered down on the tall windows of the office.. Marshal of the State Morosov paced up and down the office, occasionally looking out the window onto the city and the downpour..


He heard steps approaching in the corridor, so quickly he sat down in order to look slightly more composed.. A knock soon followed..

"Enter!"

The Foreign Minister, Molotov entered the room, bundles of papers under his arms..

"Ah.. at last, you're here!"

"Yes Komrade.. and it doesn't look good..."


"Go on..."

"Well the damn Keimonians have detonated a nuclear device according to our agents in the country.."

"WHAT!!! How the hell???"

"Well Sir, we were helping them mine for uranium!"

"Indeed, Molotov, indeed.. but how the hell did they acquire the technology to build a bomb..."

"That, we are working on..."

"Good... so what of our plan of action??"

"Well sir, I suggest we either send in troops to seize all their nuclear facilities or bomb the hell out the plants... either way, we can't afford to be seen to be helping a rogue nuclear state.."

"True... Ok, have central command come up with something.. in the meantime send a communique to them..."

"Right away Komrade, right away..."

Molotov flew out of the room, his footsteps fading rapidly down the corridor..

Morosov looked out of the window again, onto the grey streets below... perhaps it was time for the Lasatanian military to finally be put to use...

Sirs,

We note with alarm your recent test detonation of a small nuclear device. In the interests of world peace and stability, we request that you desist from further testing upon threat of military intervention. We may well be assisting you in the extraction of Uranium ore but we in no way wish to be associated with the development of nuclear weapons by another state.


As previously stated, we are willing to take military action to ensure no further testing takes place and warn that you will probably find yourself without allies should you continue to develop your nuclear weapons technology further.


I hope our words may persuade you to the futility of your efforts. I pray they do for all our sakes.

(OOC: You've developed nukes way too quickly! Wait until your population is at least 250m+ before even testing.... I've got a nuclear arsenal as my state is a former Soviet client state, but I certainly don't advertise it nor throw them about.. PS.. I will bomb your nuke sites if need be...)
