The news crackled on to the regular programming all over Lima Beens. "Today at aproximitly 0600 hours 12 Lima Been armies each of 250,000 men moved into the nation of Lima Beens amquibuisly. As well our new Mystery's Wonder task force of 12 Mystery's wonder battleships and escorts are bombarding Paldo instillations. Mean while the 5th fleet and the 7th fleet are in a position to blockade the nation. Our reasons for attacking Paldo are that Paldo has vast oil reserves in it's desolate interior. The Lima Been goverment has grown tired of having to pay for these services and have moved in to capture them."

As the news anouncer spoke the first ground task force made up of 4 armies reached a major airfield on the coast of Paldo. In the war room the Chancelor was told of the senario.

Marshal of Defense: Sir Paldo has no alliences of any kind no one is going to come to help them we will crush their mild resistance and capture the vast oil reserves.

Chancelor: What about the UN?

Cheif Marshal: The UN can't do anything Paldo will be crushed before the day is done and no one is able to stop us.

Chancelor: Very well continue on in the invasion

The 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Fleets have been ordered to wait outside of Paldo. They should be there in 6 hours.

President Sidarion was heard to have said.
"We cannot let this blatent imperialism pass unpunished!"

OOC: who are you backing Dimmimar? anyway i will support Paldo in this conflict. this is probably one of the stupidest reasons i have ever heard for starting an invasion but whatever. i will only send aid in the form of money until i find out what side Dimmimar is on. i don't even know why i am bothering posting because Paldo will probably ignore you over something as stupid as this if they have any sense but you never know. that is unless Paldo is you puppet nation, if this is so i will withdraw all my support because that makes it an even more stupid invasion.
