Today we the Emirate of New Zambuda announced the completion of Emirate Island. Emirate Island is a new sister island to New Zambuda and will be a new residential and resort free zone housing some 1 million people. The project includes a brand new international airport, a 6 billion dollar entertainment and amusement center, and not to mention increasing the beach area by 95%. The developement will be a complete economic free zone.
We are looking for developers to buy prime real estate to establish hotels, businesses, and amusement areas to the new residents. All developers will recieve a 99 year lease on all land and will be completely exempt from all taxes. All foreigners that move to Emirate Island will be granted full citezenship and pay no income tax. We also have room for 12 airlines in our massive new airport. Please post if interested.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you said economic-free zone? That'd be mainly residental only.

So, why are you asking for business people to buy real estate for hotels, etc, when it's suppose to be economic-free?

I think he means an economic "free zone", not an economic-free zone. Meaning any corporation from any nation can attempt to create business there.

We are looking for businesses to prosper and to develope the commercialy available real estate on Emirate Island. We currently have 40% of the island developed which includes all the facilities i mentioned but are looking for developers to help construct the other 60%.

I would like to announce that the Imperial Dominion has agreed to invest 500 billion dollars into the New Zambuda economy and to develope 61 square miles of are to build and maintain a army installation. This will provide valuable security and only take up only a small portion of government controlled land. The military installation will be right next to Emirate International airport. This will not affect any available land. The land for the installation comes from the personal holdings of the government. 60% of the island is still available. We also are going to sign a mutual defense pact with Imperial Dominion thus
increasing international trade.
