The Kingdom of Rhacyn, the remaining civilians of the former Imperial Dominion of Neo-Wu, have finally established their new community on the eastern shores of the once majestic island. After decades of internal war and turmoil, the resiliance of the Wuwians has shown once again and they have heralded in a new age; The Age of Renewal.
King Ramzus I has issued a proclamation to the rest of the international community, signalling the reopening of the Wuwian island to the rest of the world. Ramzus is asking for all foreign aid able to be mustered for a grand project in rebuilding the Empire. The first step in Ramzus' plan is to bring in trade partners and create alliances to secure the safety of the people of Rhacyn.

After the genocidal Civil War of years past, the remaining citizens of Neo-Wu were able to band together and settle one more time in the only remaining habitable region on the Wu Island.
