Omicron Alpha Government Incorporated was tempted by the prospect of an alliance, as such agreements frequently bring in extra profit. However, after you were threatened by a nation, this implied that you may have other enemies, more dangerous enemies even, and possibly even ongoing conflicts we do not know about. Omicron Alpha finds war to be unprofitable when one is involved. Selling weapons, that's when war is profitable. But not when you're the one buying them to use on other people. No, an alliance could endanger our financial interests. At the moment, we have no allies, and no enemies, and apparently an ally could also create enemies.

That said, there is nothing wrong with establishing economical relations. 'Diplomatic relations' as you call it, does not inherently mean alliance. Ergo, we would be prepared to purchase the rights to establish a Corporate Liaison Centre on your soil, and possibly as repayment you could place your own facility on our soil. It's as close to an embassy as we're capable of coming, and Omicron Government Incorporated representatives would be stationed there, making it 'official', so to speak. Trade is a given result of a Corporate Liaison Centre, of course, so agreeing to this will allow your corporations permission to do business in Omicron Alpha, and vice-versa.

Our government is mainly Communist, but there is another half, which is Monarchy. We have no Civil Wars lately about our government, because our citizens have the right to be free, yet our government is split up. The Communist side creates an Army that cares for the East, while the Monarchy side cares for the West. If war comes necessary with another country, both forces will combine and form a Powerful Force, which we call the country: Tropical Legion.

Our Army size is 6 million soldiers and we are currently in research of WMDD (Weapons of Mass Destructions for Defense). Our Airforce carries a total of 2,000 aircrafts, but has thousands of fleets for our navy.

Our people are self-reliable, and in our knowledge 85% of our females are Hot, while the others are just normal. Hawaiians relie on their economy, which is a Powerhouse. Making our nation enriched. The security, we only look for The Best of the Best. Police Officers are trained to catch any theif or criminal. We have a total of 200,000 Police officers in Hawaii and it triples for the higher ranks. Our medical and health are our second priorites. And then it'll be Fire Fighters and Order.

Military Defense is our Main Security. With lots of funding, we have the Latest Techology of Defense.

Our standard military deployment is one division of infantry, (18,000 soldiers) two squadrons of helicopters, and various support vehicles and personal. The total number of units would be approximately 25,000 men, although this figure is negotiable up to a point.

A few of our embassy ground rules: (and incidentally a big bump...)

1) We will not grant full diplomatic immunity to any of your diplomats. We will be able to grant your ambassadorial staff partial immunity; for any minor infractions of our laws, we will be flexible to those persons.

2) You may provide security within your embassy with armed forces. You will be allowed up to 80 soldiers within the embassy and none of those soldiers may leave the embassy grounds whilst on duty. These security personnel may be armed with any weapons that; do not rely on concentrated explosions as an offensive mechanism, (no rocket or grenade launchers) and that are hand held and not mounted. Traditional grenades will not be allowed, but tear gas, smoke and stun grenades are fine.

You will not be allowed to house any artillery, aircraft etc but we would be willing to provide you with any vehicles you may require within reason. The only exception to this ban on military vehicles will be two unarmed helicopters and one unarmed armoured car.

3) The embassy will be regarded by us as your sovereign land and will be treated with the respect it deserves. However, your embassy will have to be open to our government at all times provided your ambassador is agreeable to their arrival.
