Grenval ships in that area will be on alert for any threatening movements. Grenval is an ally of IDF, but will not attack, simply be careful and alert.

The LRRN will no doubt keep watch on these excersizes.

The LRRN is based on coastal defense, so therefore operates mostly missile boats and other defensive vessels, and always needs to keep tabs on the development of large offensive navies. Not that Doujin is an enemy or rival, but the technology is sure to be exported and copied.

Mental lands will be watching these exercises closely as we do have ships currently dealing with the Hatarian blocked problem near IDF waters..

We would like to kindly ask the Doujin Department of the Navy to remove their ships, secret IDF operations are underway and if you interfere we may have some problems. You are within our exclusion zone and need you to move. I add that you being off our coast like this is an act of war and would like you to move as we detect alterior motives.

Secretary of State/Defense Ben Tallman

Careful, IDF. If he isn't actually in your waters it isn't an act of war... though in typical Doujin style, it is blatantly obvious he is attempting to provoke one. Just have your forces pay no attention to him, and they'll either go away after failing to provoke an incident, or Doujin will strike first, proving he had an ulterior motive all along.

I would, however, suggest moving around some of your boomers, so that if action becomes neccesary people won't scream bloody murder like in the naval conference thread :D

I actually said in an OOC thread set up by Unum Veritas that a thread to attempt to solve this diplomatically has to be done before a war with Doujin.

Many of my ships are underway across the Med, North Atlantic, and INdian Ocean along with Red Sea, Arabian SEa, and Persian Gulf

The secret IDF operations aren't anything to be concerned about, it is a propulsion test on new submarines, this is an AIP test to find a feasible use for an AIP system. Doujin is already aware of this project that I am a few other nations are doing. I just want to point out for the record that this ship isn't going to be doing harm to anyone and is scientific in nature. So far we haven't met much success. Any speed ups to flank drain the batteries quite quickly.

We are just offering another location if the Doujin Navy wants to use our country now or even at a later date.

OOC: [size=1]Actually, I'm not trying to provoke him. And I will not recognize any claim to waters more than 20 miles outside a nations land. Economic exclusion zones are claimed outside of 20 miles by many nations, but actual territorial waters are much closer to shore. Doujin claims 15 miles outside its waters as territorial waters, 250 kilometers as an economic exclusion zone, and a now 100 kilometer exclusion zone around any military vessel.

Sorry, Doujin, but considering your history with IDF I find that hard to believe.

We will allow you to remain, but don't go within 50 miles of IDF due to the fact you may interfere with shipping lanes for Tel Aviv, Haifa, and IDF Suez ports. We will allow this exercise. This shouldn't interfere with IDF's secret operation (which is going poorly and back to the drawing boards)

OOC: If you waren't going to provoke me I'll let this go, I assumed this was a provocation or you were going to open fire.

It's an OOC post so he is telling the truth there, it's not an IC one where Doujin's government is saying they won't attack here, it is the man behind Doujin saying he isn't planning something. I was wrong to believe him before, but will do so again. (I guess I'm gullible)

TO DOUJIN:
FROM IDF FOREIGN MINISTRY:

We have detected some activity of your ships off our coast and while we don't object to your excercise, we are concerned. We fear you may be planning something else or may have an interest in the holy lands of Judea. We politely ask you to move your exercise area somewhat West, this isn't a challenge on your sovereignty, but rather a move to lower some tension. Thank you,

Secretary of State/Defense, Ben Tallman, rising leader of IDF and the Jews.

You may continue it, but I'm just asking you for the sake of relieving tension and international trade that you don't go within 50 miles of our coast. We don't want any accidents and when your fleet is close to ours and 3rd party merchants they can happen. We are merely staying on the side of caution and think you should do the same if you and your OMP alliance are really for protecting trade.
