President J.L. has just announced his desire to travel abroad on a round-the-world, goodwill tour to cement and build upon additional friendships and build new ones, discuss peaceful resolutions to global conflicts, and discuss various international incidents with world leaders. Accompanying him will be
Vice-President Cyprian, the First Lady, Secretary of Diplomacy Moua, fourteen aides, five diplomats, and two-hundred and fifty Secret Service agents. He plans to visit each military ally at least once, as well as nations with embassies in Roach-Busters, in addition to nations with which RB currently has no relations. The tour will be two to three months long, and in J.L.'s absence, Premier Vang will temporarily assume the Presidency.
