Got to get to Springboard before its to late. (Arrived at the city and exits the truck and enters Millitary HQ for the city) I need to warn the President. Maxamillion has invaded us. i would have called but our communication was cut. Well son your out of luck our lines were cut to, their planes just naplmed the city and bombed the power plant, you will have to wait here we sent out a scout to report it. What should I do sir? (Commander Dave stands up and puts his hand on Bills sholder) Well solider grab a gun and set up perimiter defenses, but I don't think our guns can take down their tanks.

be cause the president is the army commander who is the only on allowed to athorize troop movements. AND BECAUSE THE BORDER GUARD CAN.
