Attention, the Government of Communist Mississippi and her representatives in Derscon. We make no apology for the outrage felt by Mr. Tracy this day, nor do we make any apology on his behalf for having decided that you were not worth trying to negotiate with.
Mr. Tracy's patience with Nazis is limited, and your repeated racist slurs pushed him too far. We are willing and eager to pursue peace, but we cannot pursue peace with you if your diplomats will not humble themselves, as we all must do, before their peers and the great spectre of war.
If your personnel are prepared to do this, Mr. Tracy will go back to your conference, and will not lose his temper with you. If you are not, then consider this the end of our relations, pending any regime change in your country.
