Sergei was at Rosian International Airport, he was dressed in his standard brown leather jacket, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black cowboy boots. Alexander was next to him, he spoke to Sergei.

"Don't start a war Sergei."

Sergei chuckled as he boarded his RF-1, it was standard Grey, with a Rose on each fin, a red streak ran by the body. On the bottom of the RF-1 was an empty 1,000 pound bomb, this contained all his supplies, including his Reiterpallash, which was a Rapier. He tooks out his Colt .45, checked it, and put it back in his jacket. He was ready to go, he gave a thumbs up to Alexander, and took off.

A section of Generian International airport had been closed down to recieve the Rosian diplomatic craft. A group of Imperial Praetorians lounged about, waiting for the arrival of the plane. Chancellor Feador Alexeevich waited in his limo, neatly groomed and dressed in a tuxedo, looking more like a glorified butler than anything else. Emperor Alexei had selected his second most luxurious limousine for the job of transporting the President (the most luxurious was in the shop after an unfortunate run in with an elk). As Sergei's aircraft approached, a long red carpet was unrolled before a set of porto-stairs, and the praetorians moved to either side.

OOC: Did I mention Rosians hate formality?

The RF-1 opened it's gears, the wheels appeared slowly, it touched the ground, screeching, he landed it like a perfect fighter pilot. It stopped, right in front of the red carpet. The cockpit opened out, revealing Sergei, a middle aged man, his hair pointed up, but it was short hair so it looked normal. He had an average build, he looked around, his eyes wide. He thought to himselfHoly s***! How much money did they waste?!

He stepped out, under the plane was the 1,000 lb bomb mentioned before, he pressed a button on the bomb, the bomb opened in half, it revealed clothes, a Bible, random Socialist books, random things, but shining through the cargo was his Reiterpallash. He picked up with his right arm, putting it on his waist. He smiled.

"So how are you all today"

Chancellor Feador Alexeevich approached the foreigners.

"On behalf of Emperor Alexei I, Emperor of Generia, Lord of Romano-Bulgaria, Sultan of Alberia, Bishop of The Church of Generia, (insert twelve more useless titles) I welcome you to the venerable Generic Empire."

It was obvious that the diginitaries were paying no attention whatsoever to the Chancellor's ramblings, and as he waved his arm to lead them to the limo, he was hastily brushed aside.

OOC: Actually an RF-1 is an F-18, as in I came alone.

Sergei yawned as he spoke, he tried to be nice, but that Rosian big mouth just had to open now did it?

He then started to riverdance.

"I suppose I should introduce myself, I call myself..."

He was riverdancing and doing a 360 as he said that. He then stopped, stomping his feet on the ground.

Chancellor Alexeevich watched the President dance, a look of utter disbelief plastered across his face. He turned without word, leading Sergei to the limousine. The ride was uncomfortable for the Chancellor, unused to the strange antics. Luckily it was a short trip to the Imperial palace, a vast imposing structure in the center of town. The chauffeur opened Sergei's door, and Chancellor Alexeevich led him into the palace, now appearing even more like a butler.

Sergei chuckled, he liked to scare the foreigners. He looked around, nodding, he approved of the palace in his eyes. He spoke.

"How much gold for this?"

He looked over at Alexeevich.

"How long until I meet the Emperor?" He mumbled to himself. "Which is the same amount of time you'll be comfortable again..."

OOC: Can't wait to meet your leader =P

Chancellor Alexeevich awkwardly led Sergei towards a pair of enormous, finely polished oak doors. He spoke to Sergei without looking at him.

"When you approach the Emperor bow deeply, and at the knees. Never look him directly in the eyes or face, and keep your tone measured and polite (OOC: don't follow these rules)."

Alexeevich threw open the doors to reveal Alexei's lavish Imperial viewing room, something Alexei had added to the palace for himself. The Emperor sat at the far end of the long room, his face shrouded by a canopy of sorts over his large chair.

Sergei ran towards the throne, ignoring what the Chancellor said. He panted as he ran, he was energitic, he needed to get out of his Villa. He stopped in front of the curtain, leaning over a little bit, smirking.

"So when are you coming out?"

Emperor Alexei was startled a bit at first (in truth he had been nearly asleep), but quickly warmed to the situation, getting out of the chair, and bowing slightly.

"As you have guessed, I am Emperor Alexei. Now if you will excuse me, it is quite warm in there. We shall talk elsewhere."

The Emperor made way to the half opened door and the shocked Chancellor.

"Feador?"

The Chancellor shook off his surprise.

"Of course sir."

He handed Alexei a cigarette, and gold plated lighter.

Sergei's hand started to shake, he just quit smoking, it looked tempting too, but he shook his head and looked at Alexei.

"Might we take a walk alone? Without all this formality and such? I don't know how you can get anything done..."

He looks at the Chancellor, smirking. He liked scaring people, just a Rosian trait.

Emperor Alexei led Sergei to the rear of the palace, and an elegant balcony overlooking a garden.

"Beautiful Generia city," said Alexei, almost regretfully.

Sergei took a deep breath, looking out into the view. He then frowned, he listened to Alexei's tone of voice, he was curious. Another Rosian trait, they always wanted to help somehow.

"Something wrong?"

"Nothing. I apologize."

He led Sergei down towards the gardens.

"Come, let us talk. Tell me of your homeland."

Sergei chuckled.

"There's too much to talk about. If you want me to round it up, we're all a bunch of insane people, with rationality."

He looks around the garden, he didn't want to be in some fancy Palace, he wanted to see the sites, he looked over at Alexei.

"Can we go out on the street?"

Sergei chuckled.

"Where the hell did you think we were going," said Alexei, his demeanor consderably brighter. The gate to the rear of the gardens opened up into a large thoroughfare. Generians rushed in every direction, crowding the street and obstructing traffic. They were outfitted in the various garbs of their ethnicities. The cossacks stood out the most, in their traditional garb, and sabers dangling from their waists, very similar to the one alexei wore. Alexei pointed.

"Alberians. Cossacks of the Generian steppe."

Sergei walks up one of the Cossacks, he started waving his hand over it's face.

"Are they the one like in Britain? Those are so amusing."

He then starts snapping his fingers over the man.

The cossack eyed Sergei in a confused fashion, before grabbing Sergei's arm, and growling menacingly.

"Careful, they bite," said Alexei, amusedly.

Sergei breaks the hold, getting into Eagle attack stance. He shakes his head, his eyes are wide, he finally shouts.

"NINJA! YAGH!!!!"

The cossack's eyes grew wide, and he rushed off down the street. Alexei chuckled.

"I'm hungry. Come."

The Emperor walked off down the street, enveloped by the mass of people.

A dull roar reached Alexei's ears. It steadily increased in volume, and as he looked out the window of the cafe, he saw people fleeing with their hands over their heads. Alexei rushed out into the street, looking in the direction of the noise. A mob was barrelling down the street, breaking windows, and firing pistols into the air.

Sergei looked out the window, a mob was running down. He knew of the riots, but he didn't know it'd be this bad. He went for his jacket to reach for his Colt, but he didn't draw it, he just left his hand there, he looked over at Alexei and went to him.

"We need to get out of here, now." He said in a low tone as to not scare the others around him, but it's too late anyway.

OOC: You should've come to Morathania first. Were a nice country and you have a much smaller chance of being killed by a mob full of commies in Morathania than in the Generic Empire. I guess its a bad time to visit.

The Villa in the Island of Rose, received the fax. Alexander read it through and started to call Sergei through his cell phone.

Sergei: Hello?

Alexander: Another nation wants you to visit them, a Dhabi.

Sergei: That's nice, but there's an armed mob heading towards where I am, and my life is in danger, send the CRS Tol over here, I need help!

Alexander: What did you do?!

Sergei: Nothing! I don't know these people, just do something!

Alexander hung up, the call went around the Island of Rose. They couldn't do anything but pray.

At the docks, the CRS Tol started going towards Generia, it'd have a ROH-1 in which Sergei could escape by, but he'd need to stay alive first...

"Come!" Alexei shouted over the increasing din. He followed the crowd of citizens down the street. The was a roadblock ahead. The soldiers tried to stop Alexei, but one of the men recognized Sergei as a foreign diginitary. The Emperor and President were loaded into a small armored car, bound for the Imperial Palace. With luck, the riot would not have time to get that far.

Sergei looked at his watch. He then took his hand out of his leather jacket, no need to draw out a weapon now right? He looked over at Alexei with a shocked look.

"I thought these damn riots were over! Maybe I can talk to the leader... I don't know much of the situation now..."

He looked at the seat in front of him.

"Put on the news."

"This is a GII news radio broadcast. Riots continue to erupt across Generia City, as Imperial military forces try to contain them. Latest reports show a large mob making its way down Bahadori Street. Reinforcements have been dispatched to suppress this..."

"Then it should be easy enough to get back to the Imperial palace," said Alexei, mostly to himself. The APC made the turn onto Kreschnev avenue, and the Imperial Palace. A group of citizens ran alongside the vehicle, trying to find out what was happening. The gates to the palace opened, and soldiers moved out to force the citizens back, as the APC moved onto the grounds.

Sergei looked as the citizens ran near the van. He then looked as the gates opened and the soldiers tried to protect the van. It was insane he thought. What the hell could've caused this? He then looked over at Alexei, shaking his head.

"Get me a megaphone, I think I can stop this riot, or at least calm them down..."

Alexei did so, handing Sergei a megaphone that rested on the floor.

OOC: Convinient >.>

Sergei picked up the megaphone, and peeked his head out the window. He started talking through it.

"My name is Sergei Ilyanov. I am President of the Island of Rose. I know you are angry, I believe in the ideals of socialism and communism also, but what will a riot accomplish?! All you are doing is destroying yourselves. Please, settle down, be civilized. If you want change, work with the system, or let me help you!"

It was a peaceful attempt to end the riot, but most like it wouldn't work but eh...

The rioters looked at each other. Someone began singing 'why can't we be friends.' Suddenly the mob snapped out of it, and started screaming for vengeance once more. Someone threw a glass bottle, and it shattered on the side of the APC.

Sergei put his head inside again. He then looked over at Alexei, offering him the megaphone.

"If you want to stop the riot peacefully, talk to them, if you want more Generians to die, don't."

His voice was firm and authorative, he didn't want to see anymore suffering... but it also might get him killed.

Alexei took the megaphone, turned it off, and put it under his seat.

"They will need to learn through punishment. It is the only way."

Sergei sighs.

"You do realize, that the more you kill, the more riots will occur, but it's your nation..."

He looks out towards the citizens, chuckling.

"Bad time for a vacation..."
