Good day everyone
I come to you to day from the Dhabi Department of National Security and Defense to help build up our nations armed forces. We are a small nation but big on military service and strength . Our nation is weak at this moment and we are looking to buy much needed supplies most of our current ordnance is old and outdated. We are looking to develop a Air Force, Navy, Army and Special Services Unit into a strong deterrent against war or attack we are also looking for a Air Defense Package and we are looking for nuclear wepons. Our Government is willing to spend around 13 Trillion a year and would be will to spend more if companies would be will relocated to our country.

8 Crusiers
12 Destroyers
2 ICMB Subs
4 Fast Attack Subs

Hmm. Well, totting it all up:

Total costs

2 Ul'yanovsk carriers (kind of a Russian Nimitz) or similar, 4.4bn each including aircraft, total 8.8 bn
4 Battleships, type unspecified. At lowest possible price, 4 Soyuz-class battleships for 6.4bn each, total cost 25.6bn
8 Cruisers - several types available. Probably between 8.8 billion and 15.9 billion for the lot.
12 destroyers - probably about 3.6-4.1 billion for that many.
2 SSBNs - between 3 billion for 2 Delta-IVs to about 8.5 billion for 2 Typhoons or Ohios
4 Attack subs - between 4 and 5 billion, depending on class.

Total (Minimum): ~49.4 billion
(Maximum): ~63.5 billion

Those are rough costs.

Now according to the famed NS GNP calculator (http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=dhabi&defense=10&defenseprovided=10&militarybudget=10) (I'm using this one because the thirdgeek one thinks you don't exist...weird), you have a Defence budget of 1.204 billion dollars.

OK well since we are broke can we buy these then 38 F-15Es, or...
60 Su-34s, or...63 F-16s, or...109 MiG 29s, or...279 M1A2 Abrams, or...400 T-90s, or...2,049,897 M-16s, or...4,004,133 AK47s

I would say the two Lenin Class Launchers and 4 VX Gas (4 tons). This is where you order. But, take a look, make sure you dont need anything else. Do the math or I will charge you double.
