It was a peaceful day on the Mothership of Warhaven, Communications officer, Colonel Gatherche was at his post when suddenly a small Alarm bell went off indicating that a small scale radio broadcast had been intercepted.

"And in other news today the Goverment has announced plans to develop a laser rifle for quicker defense."

Colonel Gatherche was stunned, Records showed that this area of space was uninhabited, yet the signal was clearly coming from a small planet nearby.

It was three hours later when Colonel Gatherche and Security Cheif Kevorkian entered King Warfare's offices.
"Your Majesty we've intercepted a radio broadcast." Gatherche said a little nervous

"Distress call?" King Warfre asked.
"No, a news program" Colonol Gatherche Replied.
"Anything Intresting," King Warfare asked, Curious.
"The Goverment of a nation called Silverous is trying to develop a Laser Rifle. But thats just the point, We intercepted it way out here, this is only two days old, I wondered if you wanted to help them, You have expressed that self same desire in the past, When you joined the USF." Gatherche explained.
" Kevorkian, Are we able to be detected by them?" Warfare Inquired.
"No sir, we can't be detected, long range scans indicate only primitive radar, and that doesn't even extend beyond their three moons. they do seem to have Telescopes but those aren't even pointed at us." Kevorkian Replied.
" Alright I am going to take a Galaxy Crusier, 4 Scientists, 4 Guards, and, We will go to beyond their farthest moon and wait for them to see us. if they can figure out how to contact us, We will make contact with them, if they can't, then we will leave the system." King Warfare Decided.

In news today:
The humble nation of Silverous is begining research on SETI, a giant aray of statilites ment to find signals form outer space. What does SET1 mean(Search for Extraterrestrial Transmission). They plan to begin construction of this massive aray with in the month and should be fully opperational with in the year.

On other news, The Space Shuttle is completed, there are several mission slated for this year to begin construction of the space observitory MINA.

On a cool note, the military had finaly developed the nations first railgun. This massive gun is deasel power, and has to be mounted on one of the NAVY's Battleships. This gun shoots 2 ft long spikes at supersonic speed at any target. Test show that when the spikes hit they totaly demolish standard tank armour with out a hitch, The new name for this gun is the Ghost gun, because the spike are moving so fast that they cant be seen, in most case not felt by people who were accidently shot with the gun didn't even feel it enter there bodies.

King Warfare sat in the depths of space, just sitting ,listening to their broadcasts, watching on the veiwscreen, watching thier activites. He knew from the broadcasts that these people posed no threat, if all they had was a railgun, his galaxy crusier could easily demolish their ships before they destroyed even a third of his fleet, but that was not what he was here for. He just sat there with his 8 people, sitting, watching, listening, and waiting, for contact.

Today is a great day for our nation. The Set1 Project is up and runing waiting for its first operational test. We are here to speak with Dr. Hienrich who is heading up this project. Dr. Hienrich thanks for speaking with us just a few questions, how are the tests comeing along? Well Ms. the test are going as well a expected. What do you hope to do with this radio satelite?

King Warfare smiled, it would be soon when they would find him. It would be soon. then, then they would find him. It would be a time for celebration in both countries.

John, how are you; Good Mr. President. Did you finally get thoughs photographs from WALLY. Yes we did that is why I had to come see you personally. What is it John? Take a look at the photos we just got of our furthest moon Saberwolf. What is that? We are not quite sure sir, it seems to be just orbiting around the moon. What should we do sir? (Presses a button on his phone) Miss Ricci can you get me SETI on the phone.

King Warfare wondered just how long it was going to take to for them to notice him. Just the other day one of these peoples satillites was looking in his general direction. He idly thought about doing a fly by on thier Largest city, perhaps going to another and just staying there in midair then going back to the third moon when the airforce came. Ahh but if it came to that, he thought, what would be the point of helping them. no he would only wait another month berfore leaving them entirely. The Satillite was still pointed in his direction. King Warfare decided to give them something to see. After a quick conference with the eight people and a call back to the Mothership, King Warfare decided to move the ship into orbit around the Satillite. He wondered if they would notice a 15 mile long craft if it was no more than one mile from their eye in space. King Warfare settled back into his throne, and waited for a call from the planet below.

King Warfare punched in a small set of commands and the ship began to move.

No you must not land.
I am the president of Silverous. Your intentions are good but the sight of a gigantic ship will preduce a widespread panic. If you would like we could meet in a more secure area. There is a Airbase call area 22 in the Kerry desert I will send you the cordinance.

Panic i do not wish to start. however i will cloak and go to said cordinance. My scans have showed activity in that area. At least it is large enough. I have Eight people with me. 4 scientists, and 4 military guards. they pose no threat and are here mainly for cerimonial purposes only. We stand between 8.5 ft tall and 12.01 ft tall. i stand 12.75 with my crown on and 12.5 with out it. I will land in 5 minuets.

The Galaxy cruser landed as gently as a feather. Moments passed with Tenson rising. soon It was thick enough to be cut with a knife. Then half way between the Crusier and the crowd at area 22 4 glowing forms appeared. They were the Military guards who quickly whipped out thier Phaser pistols and held them at ready. 4 more forms Teleported in. They were the scientists who had small breifcases at thier side full of Knowledge. Then King Warfare himself Teleported In.

In a Loud voice that easily reached all sections of the compound he proclaimed " I am King Warfare, Who was it that Claimed to be President?"

Out-Of-Charecter: King Warfare, then, Towers easily over these 'Monkermen'

-In-Charecter- King Warfare turns off the portable Loadspeaker with a thought.
"Thank you for having me. I picked up radiobroadcasts coming from your planet a few months ago. Planets that can send Radio Broadcasts deep into space are usually on the brink of coming into space. I thought I might offer to help. I can give you Knowledge on how to use Lasers as weapons, I can help you achieve faster than light Travel, commonly refered to as Warp speed. I can even help you start a space colony, I sense that most of your people are somewhat unprepared for all of this so I shall let you have the Knowledge and spread it as you wish. My scientists, have it all recorded on computer systems inside thier briefcases. If you will let them they will put it on the computer of your choice so that you may spread it. I also wish to gift you with a Deep space communications satellite so that you may call us when ever you need aid. I do this because there are others besides me out their. They would have no problem taking your planet from you and turning all of you into slaves. This way, evil can be prevented.

The military personel escorts the knowlege keeper to the computer room in the base.

The scientists calmly look at the computer inspecting it for connection types, spying infared they set to work the set their brief cases on the floor and open them out. Each Scientist brings out a part of a computer. They then connect them all to each other and turn it on. with in a few minutes they stand up as the computer transfers all the files. with in half of an hour the transfer is complete. They break their combined computer down and instantly teleport back to the Galaxy crusier.

King Warfare speaks up and says: Now that they have given you the files, I must say that they are written in such away that no pror knowledge is assumed. everything is explained in minute detail. I also had them install control protocol over the Deepsapce communications array that I will release when I leave. i woul ask for a tour of your contry but sense I am so tall and so diffrent It may not be a good Idea.

King Warfare shook the hand of the President. Without warning he and his guard teleported into the Galaxy crusier. The Crusier's engines could be heard turning on and slowly the crusier lifted to the sky and disappeared from site.
Out in space King Warfare released The Voice, A Deep space comunications satilite with his hailing frequency embedded with in. He looked back and sent a message to area 22's computer.
"We will be back, if you need us before then, call."
With that, the Galaxy crusier jumped to Warp and was gone.

A BORG probe comes from out of no where in the dead of the night. Far above the sky's of Silverous it hovers scanning Thoughts are running through the collective's Hive Mind

PROJECT ROSWELL BEGINS NOW. SEND MESSAGE TO PRESIDENT SILVEROUS EXPLAING ASSIMALATION OF WARHAVEN.

The probe decended quietly into the atmosphere. In a small city towards the outskirts of town a drunk man was stumbling out of a bar. Before he could react, the probe teleported him.

SUBJECT TELEPORTED. BEGIN MEDICAL SCANS.

The Drones scanned the Drunk unshaven man who could not belive he was strapped to a table with a white light pointed at him with strange Machine looking men touching him.

SCANS COMPLETE. SEVER LIVER DAMAGE INDICATED BEGIN REPAIRS. SEVERE BRAIN DAMAGE INDICATED. BEGIN REPAIRS. HIGH LEVELS OF STRESS INDICATED. INJECT WITH INTOXICATION LIQUIDS.

He could not belive his ears, where they going to give him alcahol? He was brought a metal cup that had a red Liquid in it. Thirsty, he drank the entire cup down, It tasted absolutley marvelous. Then his stomach began to hurt and he passed out.

SUBJECT INCOMPASSITATED. REPAIRS COMPLETE, TELEPORT SUBJECT BACK.

The man was beamed down to a corner by the bar he stumbled out of. Still passed out he slept until somebody called an ambulance on him for fear he was dead. The probe began to move away It hovered over a nearby Airforce base for just a minute until the Alarm was raised. Without warning the probe suddenly, disappeared.

King Warfare decided to get out one of the old un assimilated galaxy crusiers. he put it on a crash course for one mile outside area 22.

Tonight on Unexplained Things. Later last night a local ape was found out in the middle of the street half dead. When he woke up in the hosbital he was complianing that he saw strange creatures, and that they did medical experiments on him. He was given a pysical he was fine and healthy. His records show that he had cerosess of the liver, sever braindamage, and his heart went through numerous bypasses and other heart surgerys. Now he has some sort of mechanical heart, we've seen pace makers and artificial hearts but this is way beyond our technology. His liver has no sign of cerosess and brain scans indecate that the brain damage suffered is now non existant.
What could be the explination to this, is this ape just making it up, some sort of a hoax. We can't tell for when he was found he had high levels alcahol in his blood. Or could there really be some sort of intelligent life out side of our world, or could the government be is doing these secret medical experiments; who knows one day we will find the answer.

The same probe returned again a few months later, scannin the local area. Below a young ape was crossing the street trying to hurry home. from around the corner, a dronken ape speeds down the street unaware of his surroundings. The young ape freezes in the middle of the street looking in horror at the car bearing down on him. The driver suddenly realizes someone is in front of him and slams on the brakes. Too late! The young ape gets hit and dies on impact and the drunken driver sobs histericly at what he has done. Both suddenly get enveloped in a soft green teleportation unit. A nosey woman who had been watching from across the street faints and goes mad with hysteria.

The probe. The drunken driver was taken into custody by the BORG who proceeded to assimilate him, never to return to his planet. The young ape the was hit and died was laid on a table. A medical drone came over with specially modified probes and injected the young ape. A microchip was implanted in the back of his neck to keep track of him. within the minutes young ape wakes up and screams in horror not realizing he had been hit and died. He was immediatly Teleported back down to where he landed. Unsure of what to do next, the young ape speed home.

The probe proceeded to go to a nearby military base. The officers in the base had just gotten over a Bar-B-Que. A few officers where getting ready for a test fligh with some new technology that had just been developed promising sustained flight at supersonic speeds. The probe just kinda sorta hung above the Base, in plane view of everyone. immediatly the alarm was raised. The pilots and their supersonic jets were scrambled and raced into the air. The probe lumbered off, but the Jets were in hot pursuit and about to catch up. The probe speed up keeping just beyond the speed of the jets. The pilots gave each other a grin, and each one in their own jet activated the supersonic technology. The jets speed up really quickly and soon no pilot could here anything because they exceeded the speed of sound. Fortunatly, all signals were electronic, and light. Everyone slower than the Jets heard a terrific sonic boom as the jets roared by at supersonic speeds. The probe suddenly darted left, the pilots altered course to match. One pilot decieded to fire off a supersonic missile. The missle struck the giant probe and exploded on contact. The pilots could see some of the mass of technology inside the probe, but to there horror, the probe actually started reparing itself. The probe lead them on a merry chase, twisting and turning, through valleys and over mountain tops. Several times all three vessals were in danger of crashing. Another pilot started firing the prototype Laser rifles at the probe Massive damage was inflicted, the suddenly the missles started bouncing off a green energy barrier that was raised. Then without warning, the probe gave off a brilliant flash of green light and was gone, for you see, the probe jumped to Transwarp and speed away. the Jets, no longer able to see the probe, returned to base to give a full report, And to give a favorible report on the Supersonic engine and the new missles and lasers.

Area 22: a young officer was going out for an off duty stroll when he saw a large ship come crasing down from the sky. He recognized it as the Galaxy Crusier the Aliens came in. With a boom that was heard Miles around it Crashed into the ground. The officer didn't have to run back very far when the rest off the military at Area 22 came out to get The Galaxy crusier. The Base commander seemed to know this was going to happen and the young officer thought it might be a Government consperiacy and planned to leak it to the press. The military at Area 22 got the Galaxy crusier and was gone before the local denizens showed up to see what happened. The Base commander waited in a Jeep nearby to entertain them with a plausible lie. His chosen Driver, the young officer who planned on 'somehow' telling the media the truth.

Tonight on Strange Phenominon.

Two weeks ago a she ape who was siting out side her house heard a mysterios sound. When she went to investigate there was an accident. A man was siting in his car crying and what appeared to be a dead apes body lieing in the road face down and blood everywhere. Before she could run to aide them a strange green light appeared and within a blink of an eye the apes were gone. Subsaquently the she ape went insane after seeing this so we can't really be sure of her story. Was this true or was it false in some way. All we know is that these problems are becomeing all to comin and we think that the government know more then they are telling us.

IC: It was perhaps a full year later. The BORG had been scanning the airwaves and learned that because of their activites, all sorts of Hoaxes had started to pop up in an attempt to mislead the public, get the Government to spill the truth, and numerous other reasons. That self same Probe decended quietly down through the atmosphere. It stopped above a stadium hosting a Baseball game, People on the Airwaves called it the final game in the World Series. People looked up and thought it was some sort of Gag the Stadium thought up as a joke on all the Hoaxes. By now the People were long accustomed to seeing things in the sky they didn't know about. The probe moved on after a batter hit a fly ball and struck the probe with it. The crowd let out a good hearty laugh. The probe moved over the city in Broad Daylight. The public no longer noticing or caring about the Probe up above.
The probe Teleported that same Drunken Driver from a year ago who crashed and killed the kid who got reborn. He landed on the streets and just stood in a crowded center plaza.
suddenly somebody noticed the now alien Ape standing in the center of the Plaza....
OOC: Take it away Silverous. By the way, The now BORG Ape, is covered in 3/4ths machinery, and has an Eye implant instead of a Right Eye. This Eye implant has a Hermless laser beam coming from it. It has multiple functions.

We interupte this broadcast to go live to central station.

Just now some kind of half ape half machine was spoted in the center of the station. (Camra zooms in on a shape in the crowd just standing there)

Throughout the day, random people kept asking him who or what he was, all the drone would ever reply with was

"We are BORG."

This was kept up until a well dressed Ape in a cerimonial uniform stepped up and asked him to come along. by him were several guards who looked somewhat scared. The Ape rested his hand gently on the Drones shoulder.Having Orders from the Collective to comply with their wishes.

We shall comply.
The Apes let out a sigh of relief.
Terror is Irrelevent.
The Apes were puzzled over how this, THING could tell they were scared of him. The all piled into a limo and local news teams covered the the break in the news story, excitedly. Those who belived the Government conspiracies only had their belifes confermed.
