The Non Aligned Movement Region and its UN Delegate Eastern Jamaica propose a wholescale reform of the UN voting system to better represent global needs.

Maybe.... but they disscus resolutions in there most of the time.
I'd like to hear Eastern Jamaica's proposal, but to be quite honest, i've got nothing against the current voting system.
