Tranquility City, Keimonia
The capital of Keimonia, Tranquility has been placed under martial due threat of terrorism from the liberlist militant wing of Total Freedom. (From recent incidents relating to Total Freedom, see here (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=6740658))
It is likely that TF has gained control, or made, a dirty bomb from explosives, and the radioactive material of cesium.
It is still unclear when the resistance chooses to attack, but CLE is working day and night now, and 6th SULEF patrols the streets of Tranquility, with the help of 80 men from Order Keepers, the closest thing Keimonia has to a regular police force.
Also, the memorial service of the the fallen SULEF members, who was killed in the firefight yesterday in Tranquilty(see the link above), is scheluded to 18 P.M. (gmt) today. 6th SULEF has now new member, and the manforce is now 19 persons. The wounded officer (link above) wont be returning to regular duties until next month.

Also, this wasnt on the news, but there is no way the terrorist could have received cesium inside this country. Keimonia has only very limited mining of Iron, Coal, Silver, and some rarer metals(nothing valuable), and definetly not a single cesium mine or enrichment facility. Keimonia also has never officialy traded cesium from any other surrounding (or others that matter) nations. CLE believes that the cesium has been brought from another country, with 97% present likelyness from some of the other 9 nations of The Federation (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/49092/page=display_region). When the cases is this, i have authorised the NDA to recruit 500 new men, brining the military manforce up to 1500 men.
