At 2:09 PM today, the Fuhrer passed the Xeno Act. This law makes immigration to F.C. Main illegal without first spending 400 days in a Q-Colony (Quarentine Colony). In this colony, each person with have rigorous medical testing done. They will be quarentined from all outside life out of the colony. They will each provide finger prints, DNA, and will have an extensive background check and evaluation preformed on them. In extreme cases, reproductive sterilization will be preformed. No country is immune to the Xeno Act. The only exception is allie nations.

Allied immigrants will have to apply, and they will provide DNA, finger prints, and have a routine background evalutation and check done on them. If they pass, they are granted citizenship.

Any person or people trying to gain access to F.C. Main (The non-Earthen area and colonies) will be:
A) Incarcirated and intergogated then returned to their homeland.
or
B) If violence against the R.S.H.A. N.X.S. Branch (National Xeno Security Branch) or any F.C. citizen is harmed, they will be imprisioned, interogated, and either serve a long prision sentence, or firing squad.

Any person or people found trying to gain access on Earth will be asked to turn back if they are attempting immigration via sea. If they refuse; they will be 'evacuated'. If by land: Incarciration, interogation, then returning to homeland.

If any nation has questions or comments, please say. This act is able to be changed if we see fit.

So how big is this Colony? How will treat the immigrants?

Each Q-Colony is roughly the size of a 50,000 population town. They are treated well, unless they have criminal backgrounds, and in that case they are temporarily incarcirated in a QC Minimum Security Prision for rehabilitation testing to make sure they are rehabilitated. If they suffer from Aids, Hiv, any STD, or mental retardation; they are steralized after extensive medical and psychological testing. But they are only steralized for purposes to keep all Fascian people healthy. That is why our average age is between 100-145 years of age; Our nation has nothing more devastating than the common cold. Retardation (Other than in immigrants) is almost non-existent.

What will you do when you run out of space?

As of know I haven't ever invaded a country. The only country ever invaded was during Der Auftrag. And that was DEMONBLOOD. I defeated him, he got deleted, so I claimed land. All other land is unclaimed that I claimed, or my allies left, and allowed me to claim their land.

I wasn't planning on it. Nor was I planning on invading you Hattia. Like I said, almost all annexed areas are unclaimed planets, territories, forests, etc. I was actually thinking of asking the Island of Rose to form an alliance pact.
