We would like to purchase a plot of coasal land on your island for use as a naval base.

It is Truitti Law not to allow any land to International Parties inside Truitt, even allies (with exception of Embacies).

However, the Commarchist Nation wishes to know why exactly you would need this contract of real estate.

We wanted to establish a naval/intelligence base in the more southeastern region of Eropid from ourselves (us being almost clearly on the western border), in order to watch over the less stable eastern Eropid, especially the fascist/nazi regimes developing.

It seems, although Truitt has not looked into Eropid (I hope I said it right?) for some time, that you seem to have the same view of Truitt herself.

Altough we can not permit any of this by Federal Law, I can easily construct a Navy Base, named Attican Navy Base, and give your vessels full clearance to enter for say safety, repair, and suppling (although I will we provide supplies, those you will have to fly in).

What is the current problem with Eropid? Is there threat of war? (If so, TM me)

That would be acceptable.

OOC: The problem right now is mainly the fact that FPC is reactivated, so a civil war will be occuring in Central Eropid, and fascism is rising in the east.
