Sergei's in the computer room, bored. Nothing has happened in months. No crime, no war, no threat, no emergency. The Army's well trained. Everything is stable, he's already been around the Island how many times? So he got an idea, why not go on a world tour. And so he started typing:

Dear Nation/s:

I wish to open and/or expand relations with you. If you wish, I will visit your country, alone. I will arrive in an RF-1, landing in your airport. We may converse, enjoy ourselves, speak of trade and/or military protection. I just want to visit you. So if you allow it, please let me visit your nation.

Though there is not much in the way of natural beauty(for most forests have been burned down) the artistic form of the buildings and factories makes up for it. Each building is designed to be as beautiful as possible, to replicate the beauty of nature that has been lost to us. There is hardly any pollution. If you do decide to come, you will be guarded by my two bodyguards, genetically altered humans with the strength of a gorilla and the agility of a cat. They will provide you with utmost safety. There have been a few outbreaks of crime, but nothing too major. Please consider this humble offer ehile traveling throughout the world.

As a large nation with a formidible military, the Citizen Federation may be able to offer The Island of Rose with some much needed assistance in future defensive wars.

Since you have been accepted to visit Slimestoria, I believe it is only right that you should be able to visit it's colonies. Plot 666 of the Silver Seas region is a recently formed military and research base. It is plagued by many storms, and horrible mutants, but it is well under control. You may take a tour through our huge wildlife park, so you may see all of the exotic, yet frightning monsters in complete safety. Think of it like Jurassic Park only safer, and with mutants and demons. We hope you enjoy your stay, should you decide to come.
