Need help with what? When you make international calls for help you have to say why, it generally helps you to get help if people know what they are helping with.

I won't send you any money, but I will give you live video feed from our sattelites and our Darkstar high-altitude spy planes. Using these, you'll know enemy movements as they happen. This prevents ambushes. We'll be watching you too though. If we decide you need more help, if things seem to go in your enemy's favor, and you are on the side we deem proper. However, if you are deemed unworthy of our help, we'll pull your feed and give it to your opposition and then send troops to thier side.
