Today at 9:27 am, miniter of Justice of the government of the Republic of Lovana, Kevin Welmore, was assasinated in front of the Ministry. This terrible act was done from the passing car (black BMW 5 series) with the registration KO A8-357. Emergency service could not help the minister, who died only 10 minutes after the shooting. Police started a huge operation and army is on stand-by. Government is very shocked, president Paul Morley Heracles has said that he will do everything in his power to find the "worthless animals".

Kate Shuler, government public relations, entered the conference room. There were many reporters - from Lovana and other countries. All 120 sits were taken and many reporters were standing. Cameras started flashing. She waited a few seconds and then started:
"Today happened something tragical. At 9:27 am, minister of justice Kevin Welmore was assasinated in front of the Ministry with a smaller machinge gun. He was imediately dead. Security did identify the car from where he was shot. It was black BMW 5 with stolen number plates. For now, police did not find any traces, but we promise you that assasins won´t leave our country.
Thank you very much, new details will be presented in 12 hours."

Thank you very much for all your kind offers and condolences. For now, we think that we are handling the situation. Maybe we would just need a helicopter or two with IR for guarding the mountain passage Julius where assasins could be hiding. Of course, we would pay you for your help.

Theodore Ardley,
minister of Foreign affairs.

Aye, I can supply helicopters (Osprey's and Blackhawks) and forces if need be to guard this mountain. Free of charge, no terrorist should have a price other then the price of death.

To: Lovana, the Welmore family, & President Paul Morley Heracles
From: Foreign Affairs Committee President Jessica Redando

We are terribly sad by the assasination of Kevin Welmore, of the Justice Department. We deeply hope that you find the assasin, and any other peoples responsible for the attack. While we are not able to provide soldiers, funding, or any other help right now (because we are currently in the business of doing so), we will provide our condolences instead and provide good words for Kevin Welmore: 'he was brave, he was strong, he was courageous'. 'This assasin must be found immediately, and should turn himself in for assasinating one of the most powerful, strong, and biggest leaders in the country'. We hope that the government can move on, and we hope the government of Lovana will pay respects to Kevin Welmore's family, because it is they who is weeping and sobbing the most.

Minister of Defence Gregory McAlan, minister of Foreign affairs Theodore Ardley, chief of Lovanian Intelligence Service Peter Asmond Tewes and Prime Minister Edward Windle entered the room. They sat around an oval desk.
"So? Do we accept the offer of Turetel?" asked Theodore Ardley.
"WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY?! NEVER!" shouted minister of Defence McAlan. "I do not allow any foreign soldiers on our ground!" He was shivering.
"Yes, we will accept the offer," said Prime Minister Windle calmly. "End of discussion. We are in a mess already." He left the room. They were all shocked.
"Well, that´s it. Contact Turetel. I will send some agents to the airport. I want that this is a secret," said chief of LIS Asmond Tewes. Then they all left the room without the word.

Minister of Foreign affairs Ardley immediately contacted Turetel Ministry of Foreign affairs.

Thank you again, but it is like we said - we only need a helicopter or two with infrared technology - it´s for detecting movements when it is dark.

Theodore Ardley,
minister of Foreign affairs.
