The Pufferfish has been updated to include armour and it's new Assault Craft status. I am thinking of selling these for 15,000,000 TC (Taldaan Chits).
Does this sound OK? Too cheap? Too expensive?

No it isnt quite big, it's 36m long. Cut the speed a little but not too much, make it longer or reduce the armament. 20cm is a little much, infact much armour at all is a little much. All an Arleigh Burke destroyer has is a few cms of kevlar.

To engage low/slow flying aerial targets the boat is equipped with two M85 .50 calibre anti-aircraft guns.

The boat's other weapons are six pedestal-mounted 13-mm calibre naval machine guns.

The boat also has a DP-64 depth charge grenade launcher.

Propulsion

The boat is powered by 2 hydrogen fuel cell power plants. Each plant turns it’s
own propeller. The combined power is 12000 hp.

Is this a hydro-foil, trimaran what is it? To my knowledge the only military ships that can go that fast are Patrol Boat hydro-foils that the US Navy uses. They have two squadrons of those. One out of Key West the other out of Pensacola.

I still want to know what type of hull this is? Trimaran, Hydro-foil, normal, what?

Sorry, Morathania. I meant to mention that. It's a catamaran.

Catamarans are not very stable. They are horrible firing platforms because they rock and tilt with the waves more than normal ships and do not have the stability of monohulled ships. Therefore for a boat to go this fast 42 to 45 knots it would have to be either:
1. A very high powered monohull ships
2. A Hyrdo-Foil
3. A very high powered (but slightly less than #1) Trimaran ship

Thanks. Like I said, I'm not very experienced. Lets make it a trimaran then, because I don't know what a hydrofoil is and monohulls need more power.

I think a hydrofoil would be the way to go.

I use some of these in my navy their great and with a hydrofoil you can reach speeds of 50 knots.

Addition of two torpedo tubes for ASW

That's one hell of an overhaul.

Nothing against you personally its just that I need them for different reasons. I wanted them to be a little faster and quicker. I wanted a ship that could pack a heavier puch while at the same time able to get out before the enemy knows what hit 'em. They are much more rounded as ships. They can do Cruise Missles strikes, ASW, anti-ship, anti-air. Very good for Homeland Defense and for work in more remote locations.

No offense taken. That's a nice boat you've made them into. I might try it with a few of my own.

No just the Morathanian modified Pufferfish named the Orion.

In that case, I accept your offer as long as I can get 10% of Orion sales revenue, as it is based on a Taldaan design.

Relax, Morathania. I wouldn't pull a cheap trick like that. True, it does have cruise missiles, but it is not just a refit of the Orion. It is a boat in its own right.

I've got a few refits up my sleve too but I'm not going to sell 'em.

Being the annoyingly (to myself anyway) altruistic person I am, I'm thinking about designing a load of cheap military equipment and selling it so just-started nations can build an army.

I'm thinking about doing a plane next.

You don't even have to design a plane. Just use the F-5 Freedom Fighter. Its cheap and its RL so you have alot of info on the airplane already. No need to design.

Well, I enjoyed designing the Pufferfish so I probably will make a plane, even if there are alternatives.

We could help design this new airplane together. I know a good amount about both airplanes and boats so I think I can be of service.
