Occ- The money is coming from my PMCs that were hired out and netted CM over 1.5 trillion! Also the Premiers "Rainy day fund of 7 trillion", yes I RPed him embezzling it from the tax payers. :)


Defense Minister Vladimir Markovic has declared to the world that CM plans to spend 4 trillion dollars (1.5 trillion from PMCs, 2.5 trillion from "rainy day fund). In his words, "Due to recent increases in WMD programs in nations that will remain anonymous, CM is looking to step up her biological and chemical weapons programs as we consider them far from adequate in light of recent events. We plan to acquire over 20,000 new delivery systems and over 8 billion more gallons of both chemical and biological agents. Particularly the IG Virus, of which we are very interested in. We will be seeking foreign contractors to help us in our programs for VX, Sarin, Soman, Tabun, and modern delivery systems."

Hattia condemns the possession of chemical or biological weapons, especially by a nation as irresponsible as Communist Mississippi. If bio/chem weapons are used on allies of the Republic, we will respond with the full force of our nuclear arsenal.

But it was all OOC, so there was no evidence.

It's not defence he thinks of, it's offense. He has moved SSBNs off the shores of several nations and flown nuclear-armed bombers just outside their airspace 3 times in the last (rl) 3 weeks alone prior to this. He claims to want to lower his military spending but will not reduce his CW/BW arsenal, then accuses me of being unreasonable.

When word finally reached President Jeffrey, his heart skipped a beat from the shock. He knew that Communist Mississippi purchasing WMD's could cause serious problems. He already suspected that CM had direct connections with the terrorists who attempted to kill him. Word that CM was serching for more serious weapons, terrified him a bit. He could only hope no one would sell any WMD's to CM.
